Since we arrived in Paphos after midnight, having the key in a lockbox by the door was incredibly convenient. The apartment's location is perfect—halfway between the airport and the city, offering a quiet environment while still being very close to town. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with wine and fruit on the table. The fridge was even stocked with some food, which was a lifesaver for breakfast since we arrived so late. We felt right at home because the place had everything we could possibly need—dishes, pans, pots, tea, coffee, spices, kitchen appliances, a hairdryer, an iron with a board, and more. It is fully equipped. Before our stay, we also received helpful recommendations for nearby shops and bakeries. Communication was excellent, and I always received quick answers to my questions in the chat. Everything was perfect—a huge thank you to Sunset Green 03! I highly recommend this place!

Apartment very clean. Everything what you need was there- coffee, tea, sugar, all in the kitchen, seasoning, even paper towels, and what was very surprising fridge was prepared with food for us- milk, butter, cheese, ham, eggs, bread, ketchup, mayo, sweets, bottles of mineral water for all of us, fresh fruits, bottle of wine. In the bathroom soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, towels. Even for swimming pool. Tv with full packet- we found a lot of Polish channels. Place very very clean, very comfortable beds. Access to the apartment very easy. Very good co tact with owner. He was very helpful gave us a lot of tips- where to eat, make groceries, where is gas station, market. We will get back for sure :) Thank you !

Apartment clean and tidy and had a few things like water, coffee and sugar etc, bathroom had paper and soap too.

We have stayed here before, so knew to expect a high standard of accommodation. Plenty of welcoming gifts. Spotlessly clean, quiet neighbourhood. Very relaxing.

“Exceptional apartment”

This was our second time in this apartment and I have to say that it is one of the best accommodations we have ever had as frequent travelers. It is spacious, bright, super clean, quiet, tastefully furnished and really has everything you need for a few days in a vacation apartment. This is nothing extraordinary and more the basis of what you would expect from a vacation apartment. But what makes this accommodation so special? We were greeted with a bottle of wine and fresh fruit. In the fridge we found groceries that got us through the first day without having to go shopping straight after the flight. There are a few spices for cooking, oil, ketchup, mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, coffee, sugar, condensed milk. There is detergent for the washing machine, enough garbage bags to refill, kitchen towels, new dishcloths and sponges. Also enough toilet paper, kitchen roll, shower gel, shampoo. Not to mention great kitchen equipment that leaves nothing to be desired. Fast WiFi, well-functioning air conditioning with heating. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. Where on earth can you find all these things in other accommodations? And that's exactly what made our stay so special. You feel welcome and don't have to think about buying a packet of detergent or spices. Isn't that great? We really appreciate that and would happily book again if we were to return to Cyprus for a third time. A big thank you to the owner. He is very professional.

Property is amazing. starting with location- it’s super good, not so far from airport( 10 min), city center -10 min, beach -5 min, by car. walking also might be, but longer, around 20-30 min. apartments are in private territory, there is a huge pool, subnets, grill. Apartments inside- are super clean. fully equipped inside. huge, so space enough. 2 bedrooms with all need things, everywhere air condition. huge balcony with table and chairs. living room with tv, and comfy sofas. kitchen have all the need any things you need.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean with a large terrace overlooking the pool. Marios was very kind and helpful. We were welcomed in the apartment with wine, chocolate... I highly recommend the accommodation.

“Nice big and cozy apartment with the pool and very close to Pafos”

The pictures show exactly what the apartment looks like. It is cozy, clean, and big enough for the family. When we arrived, the flat smelled very nice. We found everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, including a wine bottle opener. The beds are comfortable and perfectly hard, as we like them. The place is quiet at night, and there is one big balcony with a pool view. The neighborhood is lovely, with a lot of new and modern houses. The check-in and check-out were easy. A bottle of wine and treats for the kids waited for us. We had a lovely time. The beach is very close and a nice sandy. Perfec for kids. Pafos is very close, too and nice clean city. The host is very kind and provided all information three days before our arrival (about the closest grocery shop, petrol station and so).
