“Fabulous apartment”

Modern, sleek, clean Convenient location a few minutes walk to the Kato Paphos main strip with restaurants, bars etc in one direction and Kings Avenue mall in the other. No need to hire a car as lots within walking distance. Airport not far and therefore not massively expensive by taxi (about £35). Fabulous bakery less than 10 mins walk with a massive selection of freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, salads drinks etc. Well equipped apartment- everything we needed. Decent (Bosch) washing machine, dishwasher etc, dressing gowns, slippers, Elemis cosmetics, great air conditioning, lots of cupboard space to put everything way. Each apartment has its own balcony and then there is a beautiful roof terrace with far reaching views. Met the host a few times who was lovely and she was at the end of a what’s app if we had any questions. We will definitely return!

The apartment was beautiful the facilities were clean and well kept. Iryna who was the manager there was warm and welcoming and happy to answer any questions we had. I can’t fault the property at all.

Sofia Residence was a wonderful place to stay and Iryna was vey helpful with any questions we had (recommendations for places to eat / locations to visit).

We spent 6 unforgettable nights at Sofia Luxury Residence in Paphos, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The property truly lives up to its name – luxurious, stylish, and exceptionally well-maintained. Every detail, from the high-end finishes to the thoughtful amenities, made us feel completely at home. The location was ideal – peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus. The residence itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. The private pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and perfect for cooling off in the Cyprus sun. The manager and staff, Iryna and Nona were warm, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch that made our experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Paphos and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and tranquility in one of the most beautiful spots in Cyprus!

The accommodation exceeded expectations. Special thanks to Iryna, the property manager, for a warm welcome. Adding a microwave would be good. Overall, it is an excellent choice for a vacation, much better than a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sofia Luxury Residence! The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and very well equipped with everything we needed. We were traveling with our 10-month-old baby, and the hotel went above and beyond by providing a crib and a baby high chair, which made our stay much more comfortable. The entire surrounding area was quiet, clean, and very well maintained — perfect for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was well-kept and great. Overall, it was a perfect choice for a family trip. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, family-friendly stay!

The accommodation was very nice with a high finish on both the building and the furniture, a relaxing and pleasant way to stay. The size of the apartment makes it easy for 4 people to stay there with 2 bedrooms. The hostess Iryna was very pleasant and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. I recommend this pleasant way of staying. The accommodation has a large terrace and a big heated pool. Everything is very stylish and well-maintained. The apartment is about a 7-minute walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to Paphos city on foot. We shopped for groceries at the mall located just around the corner from the accommodation.
