The outside area is exceptional with lots of comfortable seating options. Really centrally located and only a short walk to the bustling nightlife. It was an oasis in the city, I would definitely recommend a visit.

Great Location The swimming pool is big and children love it The communication with the owner was excellent

The Place has everything what we need. It is clean. The Pool was ofcourse the Highlight. You can also grill there. Someone is coming everyday in the afternoon to water the plants and clean outside. It is also very near to Kiosk (like 2 min away). It is open on Sundays and Holidays. The Tourist Spots are like 18 mins to walk. For example Castle, Harbour, Archeological Park, Tombs of the King, St Pauls Pillar and Old Town. The Mall is like 8 min to walk. The Zoo is like 30 mins with Taxi. Michail is an uncomplicated Host. We had a problem in the airport because of our Luggages and we we're 1h late in check-in. It is also in the middle of the night and he waited for us patiently. Our check-out was a bit late and it was not a problem. If there is anything, he is within 5 mins there. He is very helpful all the time. It was a very nice stay. It was so peaceful to relax in the pool and just sleep after the long day.

close to shops and restaurants, very clean and comfortable, air con was great and the pool was even better, everything you need whilst self catering on holiday, shaded areas outside to eat with a fan, total privacy and secure. Bins were emptied every day and pool was cleaned and checked over weekly, owner was in touch for anything that you need and communication was very good.

“Private heaven”

The house has literally everything you should need, plus very easy communication, clear directions, close to the shop, private parking. We enjoyed private pool and quiet area very much!

“Full recommendation, especially with children”

We received a warm welcome in the middle of the night, even though we were a little late. The owner was always available, helpful and very friendly, leaving us water and fruit in the fridge on arrival. The house is well equipped, there is everything you need in the kitchen and much more. The best thing about the house was of course the pool, very clean, bigger than expected and with a fun slide. The owner even brought our son lots of swimming toys. The hammock and the garden swing were very comfortable and clean. The location of the house is also perfect, the Kings Avenue Mall is only a few minutes walk away, there is everything: groceries, fast food, clothes stores... Paphos market and the harbor are both about 20 minutes walk away, we sometimes took the bus, the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. We were very satisfied and would recommend the house! Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation!

The location is just up the road from the Kings Avenue Mall and perfectly situated between the harbour, the old town, the main bus route roads and the Tombs of the Kings. The walk from the harbour and on to the old town is up hill so bear this in mind but a leisurely stroll will get you in each direction in around 15-20 minutes. We had fruit, water and ice in the fridge when we arrived and our host updated us with things to see and do via WhatsApp - thanks Mike.

Everything was perfect. Location is close to the city center, to the beaches and historical attractions. The owner is a very kind and flexible person, he answered to every question very fast. Swimming pool is beautiful and clean as well the house itself. I definietly recommend this apartment for everyone! :) Everything was above our expectations, no negative points! :) Thank you so much!
