Absolutely superb in every way. The people were brilliant - pool cleaning, cleaning and new bedding and towels twice a week! Facilities for cooking, loads of space, massive bed, lovely pool ideal for us - don’t usually find a small villa with a pool. Sea 100 yards, 10 minute walk to bars and restaurant on the King’s Road. What a find, we will be booking again without hesitation when we come back! Thank you for your hospitality

Breakfast groceries are a great feature and in my opinion it puts a smile on your face on arrival. Kitchen facilities were so good we cooked and ate our food at the villa.

Fantastic villa, highly recommend. Area is peaceful, very comfortable and walking distance to tourist sites. Right by the beach, we could see the sunset from the terrace every night. Owner was really helpful and welcoming, thank you so much!

It had great facilities and the owner was so helpful with prompt responses to any queries. Location is fabulous. The villa was spacious although the 2nd bedroom was a little tight for space. LOADS of toilets. The view is to die for at sunset.

Everything! We were in Sapphire beachfront. We were a family of 4 (2 x teenagers) and 2 grandparents. The layout was superb. Teenagers had twin beds in the basement which had en suite shower and toilet. An extra toilet, its own lounge and the washing room. Both the double bedrooms on the top floor had en suite with toilet and shower. Easy check in and check out and very helpful company to deal with. Cleaner made a surprise visit and we were super happy,

We really enjoyed our stay. Facility is in a very good condition, very well maintained and has got everything you need. We were pleased with the purchased groceries being left in the fridge, very considerate and nice. The facility is clean and was being cleaned often, including the swimming pool. The location is perfect, with a sea view and also close to shops, mall and entertainments. Our host was very responsible, caring and responsive. Very much recommended

“Perfect villa”

Just spent a week here at the gorgeous paradise Cove Villas. The place was spotlessly clean, spacious for a couple and 2 year old. Travel cot was perfect with a thick mattress and highchair. We loved the outdoor space with a sea view and a 2 minute walk. We were surprised with tea, coffee, sugar, water, bread, ham, cheese and butter which was perfect to arrive to after a day of travelling. The pool is regularly cleaned and maid service was great too with fresh towels. The staff were super friendly and after our first night we woke up to a bag full of pool toys and beach toys for our little boy. It's very quiet so perfect for privacy. Shops a short walk away, beach bars also. We went to the harbour most evenings and used the bolt app for taxi services. The wolt app for shopping delivery which was great. I would highly recommend staying here. I saw that some people commented previously about not much hot water but there's an emersion heater switch and we had no problems with hot water

Beautiful villa and literally 1 min walk to the sea front. Everything you could need was provided, including a welcome pack of essentials (tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, etc). Easy walk to the local bars / restaurants and Tomb of the Kings. Also walkable distance to Paphos Harbour and Kings Mall. Plenty of choice within minutes if you want to eat out.

great week here in villa periwinkle. seconds from the beach (sandy so kids could dig) and very close to shops/restaurants etc. The villa itself was great- very spacious and the heated pool was a bonus. Very helpful owner- any questions/issues were promptly sorted. Another big bonus was having cleaners come in a few times. All in all fantastic and we will definitely be back here again.

Property was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everything needed for a self catering stay. Pool was great and regularly cleaned. Did not expect housekeeping, who did a great job. Location is brilliant, on the coastal path. 25 mins walk to harbour. We were given a late checkout, which cannot always be provided due to availability, but we're lucky we could have it. 10/10
