Clean, everything was working. There was an iron and a hairdryer, and the kitchen had all the tools needed. Lots of storage room with cupboards and wardrobes. The communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The pool was also clean. The apartment was within walking distance to the shopping centre and the beach and so many restaurants.

Everything was great, nice cosy apartment in the center of kato Paphos, full equipment kitchen, tv, wifi, balcony with pool view, double bed and the bath. Mrs Elena was great, helpful and very friendly.

“Near to one of the best stroll on a seaside, especially at sunset”

The greatest quality that this apartment has is the location: it is about 500 meters away from a fabulous walk on the sea, between the beaches and the archaeological sites of Paphos. Among other things the sun sets on the sea, so if you walk it at dusk it is magnificent. It's very close to Lighthouse beach. The apartment is well kept, it has a nice bathroom, it has a washing machine (which I particularly appreciated!), it has air conditioning, it has a balcony where you can hang out your clothes, it has Wi-Fi, it has a parking space in the internal courtyard. I felt very comfortable. The host is kind and you can also communicate by WhatsApp, it's very easy.

Nice Apartment, clean, very good location

The accommodation offers optimal conditions, the kitchen is minimally equipped, the bed in the bedroom needs clean linen, as do the blankets that need to be replaced. The towels were faded, but we used our own. For the price paid, it would be advisable to pay more attention. Noisy mornings, from the first hour there is work at a workshop to the right of the balcony.

The location was excellent for bus access to all parts of the city. The facilities in the flat were excellent. Nice hot shower. Very clean. Hosts very responsive. Fruit market close by and walkable to Mall .

Central location to restaurants, bars, shops, beach (walk along past MacDonalds and turn next left and straight on), bus station. Also easy to get a bus to Karvella Bus Station in Paphos Town to pick up the very cheap InterCity buses to Limossol, Larnaca and Aya Napa also bus to the harbour and water park. Comfy bed, everything you need to cook. It was extremely hot early in Cyprus this year and there wasn't enough shade by the pool however the Kings Hotel across the road allowed us to use their pool for a small charge. Cleaning once a week, change of bed linen and towels was superb even though we ensured the property stayed in order. Host was flexible which helped us enormously and kept in touch to ensure we were OK.

Not the nicest location. Didn't feel very safe coming at home in the evening. Toiletseat needs replacement, is a bit disgusting. Also the procedure of getting in the flat is not the most comfortable one. You need to call someone who will pick you up on the street.

Good location! Walking distance from main sight seeings. Nice balcony.

Everything, it was all lovely, nice cosy little apartment in a quiet residential area near everything you could need or want to see in Paphos 🙂 Clean and cosy, great location, good communication from owners. Fantastic and I'd stay again on a return visit happily 🙂

It was perfect for one person! Only what you need to take slippers and shampoo 😇🙏 Any other stuff was in the place (hairdryer, towels, iron, 2 airconditioners, full kitchen stuffs ect). And I like the location 🙏 that’s only 10 min from the beach, 18 min from bus station, old city centre, promenade and 2 open-air museums 😍

Best location, you can walk to the tombs and the archeological sites. Very clean and well equipped, simple but has everything you need.
