Niki Court Holiday Apartments is a wonderful place to stay in Paphos. The location is absolutely amazing — everything is within walking distance. You can stroll to the Old Town, walk to the sea, or reach shops easily. The area isn’t crowded with tourists; it feels calm and local, which made our stay especially pleasant. And one of the most unique parts: the archaeological site is literally in the front yard! The garden around the apartments is beautiful, full of flowers, and it’s lovely to enjoy the view from the big balcony. The apartment itself was very spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly, and for the price, it’s truly one of the best value options in Paphos. Free parking right next to the apartment door is a great convenience. The owner is incredibly friendly, calm, and always ready to help or give advice about anything you might need during your visit. I also recommend stopping by Mamas Tavern, a fantastic family-run restaurant not far from the apartment. There is also a 24/7 bakery nearby with coffee, tea, and pastries — perfect for early mornings or late snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The apartment is small but well-equipped — everything was great! The air conditioning worked perfectly. The owner was very friendly — greetings to him! :) Everything was within walking distance. There’s a bakery open 24/7 and a shopping mall nearby with a well-stocked grocery store. Tourist attractions are also very close — the catacombs are just around the corner.

The apartment is very clean, it is spacious, and it has got everything you need. The location is exceptional, right in front of the archaeological area, and close to the seaside and city centre. The host is always ready to help, and the terrace overlooks a beautiful garden. We have been extremely satisfied!
