The staff are a credit to this hotel. Every single staff member was friendly and professional. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. The Greek à la carte was delicious.

Travelled for work so I was out all day and did not really had the chance to use any of the hotel facilities other than the room but everything looked clean and well maintained.

“Perfect for family with kids”
Clean, and comfy, spacious. It is little bit outdated, but that is reflected on the price, so no complaints there. For us great location just 5 min away from a shopping mall, but still the hotel on its own feels like it’s separated from the busy town. It has amazing water park for small kids, it has separate swimming pools for bigger children and adults. It had variety of options for breakfast, and it was tasty. Staff was friendly, evening program was great for children and adults. We will come again.

We visited Cyprus in the middle of March (with children). In Mayfair we booked half board for 5 noghts. Everything was amazing. The room was perfectly clean, and every day coming back to the room, we found our beds maid and fresh towels. The food in the restaurant was so delicious. There were programs every night. The stuff is so professional, kind and positive. They are really paying attention to everything even to very small details. Planning to came back next time.

I don't write negative reviews but from the beginning, I suspected the heating was broken. I called the maintenance and said everything is fine. The temperature set is 30° and the room temperature does not go above 20°. Disappointing because everything else is very good !

“Amazing!”
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were truly outstanding. They were always ready to help with anything and went above and beyond in every situation. I highly recommend this place and would gladly come back again!

I didnt like that I had my towels stolen or lost by the staff. Also they charged me 5 euro for drinks after the incident with the towels. Also late check in
