Really quiet, but walking distance from all amenities. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Outdoor spaces were also well kept and the pool was lovely. It really allowed me to enjoy a family holiday without the restrictions usually caused by disability.

We had a great stay at this modern holiday house, located in a quiet residential district and offering access to a shared pool used by several nearby houses. One of the highlights was the convenient parking space right in front of the entrance, making arrival and departure very easy. The house is well designed and fully equipped, with all necessary facilities available. The layout is particularly practical, with a full bathroom upstairs serving the bedrooms and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The property is very quiet and comfortable, with a terrace on the ground floor and a balcony upstairs, both facing the pool and providing a peaceful setting. We especially appreciated the open-space common area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining space, and a cozy living room, ideal for relaxing and spending time together. The location is also very convenient, close to a supermarket and a few fast-food options for a quick meal, as well as several beaches that can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Another nice touch was the access via code, which eliminated the need to manage a physical key. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, therefore we strongly recommend this property.

EVERYTHING .... such a beautiful BEAUTIFUL place to stay... modern, clean, everything you need including a washing machine! Air con, outside private area , balcony off main bedroom and a clean communal pool too! 26 minute walk to the harbour front.

We were truly impressed by our stay at MAYA... There was nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided – the apartment was fully equipped and luxurious in every aspect! The value for money was excellent! Congratulations to those managing it – it’s clear that they do it with great care and love!

Nice location on quiet road, the house was immaculate, the pool and pool area lovely. Easy parking outside the front door which made getting shopping into the house very easy. There was a patio outside the rear of the house which was a short walk to the swimming pool. Beds comfy and all bedding provided, aircon worked well when required. Definitely would return to and also recommend.

Perfect accomodation, very spacious. A lot of tasteful touches. Property has everything you need (even more than you need) for a short-term or long stay. Good communication, easy check-in, and check-out. I would like to give grade 11 if it was possible. Perfect parking space if you rent a car (which I recommend for Cyprus)

Lovely and very clean house. Everything you may possibly need is available and thought of (including a coffee machine). Massive bonus! Good location - about half an hour walk from the Promenade. A decent size shared swimming pool. Great all round.

Property was clean, the property had everything you could think of. The AC was amazing. The neighbours are absolutely amazing, one neighbour let us use her bbq another neighbour let us use her plastic cups. Customer service was amazing when messaging the owner. Spacious garden, lovely view and pool is lovely.

The place is spacious and there is exactly everything you need. Very well equipped kitchen, AC in every single room separately.

The owners were helpful and nice. The apartment is large enough with even 2 bathrooms and bedrooms (one with a balcony and pool view), spacious living room where gathering together, pool entrance is available immediately from the terrace, the supermarket is close to the accommodation. Bars, restaurants and the beach are about 15 min walk.

Amazing apartment! I even can't imagine that it is possible to predicted and organized all stuff you may need. All possible equipment were in the kitchen, bathroom, garden,etc. Very cosy, clean and airy apartment. Each detail is comfortable and nice.
