Lovely apartment—it really lives up to its name. It has everything you might need during your stay. It’s close to the sea. The excellent Zorbas bakery is in the next building, a supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are several very good restaurants in the surrounding area. We would like to thank the host.

We liked that the apartment was cosy, tidy and comfortable. We had a lot of necessities in the kitchen. Its also close to centre of Paphos. Its possible to park for free in the building parking. It was very nicely equipped with things like tv, washing machine, blankets, & even we had free water and tangerines:)

Good sized well equipped and comfortable apartment in a good location, close to bars, restaurants and amenities. Good WiFi and a reasonable sized balcony for two.

We stayed beginning of October 2025 at Lovely Ap. The apartment is well located close to the Kato Paphos promenade at the sea (Poseidon Avenue). You can easily reach the archeological site and the Kings Avenue mall if you want to do shopping. It will take you a good half hour walk to the center of Paphos: watch out... it's climbing! ;-) The apartment is cute. Very well decorated. You feel at home the minute you enter. The building is a bit old but once you are inside the apartment, you don't see it anymore. Just watch out climbing the stairs (to 2nd floor) as some steps are quite broken. The apartment is very quiet as it is at the back of the building so you don't have the street noise. We only spent 2 nights and were out most of the time to visit Paphos so we did not fully use the kitchen facilities but it has a big fridge and looked fully functional to cook meals. All contacts with Konstantina (the owner) went via the chat of Booking.com. She was very reactive and friendly. We will definitely stay at Konstantina's apartment if we come back to Kato Paphos.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything we might need and more, the bed was comfortable, the balcony had a morning sun to have coffee and breakfast. Coffee, salt, basic spices etc were proivided in the kitchen. The heating worked (we visited in the off-season).

Nice apartment just right next to Agia Solomoni Catacomb and harbour area - 10/10 location. A lot of shops and bakery nearby. The surrounding (staircase, the building itself) looks suspicious, but the apartment ends up being very clean and comfy. Host was replying very promptly, no issues there. Good wi-fi, smart TV, 2x air conditioners. Nice little balcony. Well-equipped if it comes to kitchen and bathroom. Very reasonable price!
