“Everything was perfect!”

Our situation: We had originally booked an apartment through the provider Phaedrus Living, but upon arrival, we were shocked to find it in an unacceptable condition—dirty, damaged, moldy, and in no way suitable for a stay. We left immediately and were incredibly fortunate to find Kiriaki House late in the evening. Mrs. Kiriaki responded promptly, prepared the house for us at short notice, and welcomed us with such warmth and care that we immediately felt at ease. To our surprise and great appreciation, she even stocked the fridge with a few essentials so we could have breakfast the next morning. And as if that weren’t enough, she left a bakery bag with fresh bread at our door the next day—a heartfelt thank you for that! The house itself is beautiful, tastefully furnished, and full of thoughtful details. We felt at home from the very first moment. Two of the spacious rooms have direct access to a shared bathroom, while the other two rooms have their own—this layout worked perfectly for us. Each bathroom has a shower, and one even includes a bathtub, offering additional comfort. The location of the house is quite central. Although we drove to the beach ourselves, Mrs. Kiriaki mentioned that it's also easily accessible on foot. Looking back, we can truly say: this house saved our vacation. Thank you, Mrs. Kiriaki, for your exceptional hospitality, your kindness, and the care you put into every detail. We will definitely return and are already looking forward to our next stay at Kiriaki House.

Good value for money and an exceptionally good host

We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed by the hostess herself. A bottle of wine, fresh fruit, as well as milk, coffee, and morning pastries were a delightful surprise. The house has a romantic and cozy atmosphere, making our stay very pleasant. There are two shops nearby, which was very convenient. We cooked for ourselves, as the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A small reminder: the sockets are British, so you will need adapters for European plugs. I highly recommend this place! It’s absolutely wonderful!

Everything was perfect. Our host was very lovely. When arriving there was a bottle of wine waiting for us and she also left some bakery for us in the morning. The house was very nice and location good.

Everything was just wonderful—a spacious house in Paphos, very clean and cozy. We came here to sit by the fireplace and relax after a busy workweek. We loved everything about it. The hostess was very sweet, polite, and kind.

Madame Kiriaki is truly an exceptional person! She is not only incredibly kind but also always ready and willing to assist with anything you may need. Her warmth and generosity create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. As for the house, it exceeded all our expectations. It’s spacious, with large, comfortable rooms that are immaculately clean and well-maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it was stocked with more than we could have asked for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The house is in a very nice area. There are market, coffee and restaurant very close to the place. You can park in the yard. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stary. The host is kind and caring. In case we are visiting Paphos again, we will stay at this place.

“Beautiful, spacious house, perfect for families and group of friends”

Beautiful, big, spacious and clean house. There were 6 of us (2 couples and 2 friends) and it was very comfortable for everyone. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a very nice living room area downstairs. The lady who owns the house is super nice! She brought us mangos from her garden, cookies, cheese to try, made us coffee and one day she brought us breakfast from the bakery. We are so grateful for your hospitality! Thank you!

The host was just awesome. Taking great care of our group of 9, everyday she brought something for us fruit, cakes, also oferred her own grown pomelos.

Very cute, lovely, warm house. Equipped with everything. Large, bright and clean rooms with balconies, super comfortable beds. Very nice yard with lots of greenery, big parking place... The host was special for us. This lady is hospitable and attentive. She left us wine, fruit, sweets, pastries every day. Many thanks to her for such warmth... We fell in love this house very much. Hope, we'll come back to this place again...

We had a great time at this villa, the house has absolutely everything you need but the most important was the kindness of the host. She is amazing and very attentive to ensure you have a wonderful time. We regret only that we couldn’t stay longer.

“Recommended place and owners”

Everything was just perfect. The place is beautiful, the owner was very helpful and assisted us with everything. Some bakery from the owner on the breakfast was wow! The design and style of the place is beautiful, stylish and fancy.

The house was big enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Very clean and centrally located - max 5 mins by car from the mall and less than 10 minutes from the harbour. Kiriaki was very warm and friendly. She also treated us to savoury snacks every morning and made sure we had all we needed.

A very classy, comfortable place with a wonderful host. We booked very late and the host ensured that everything was perfect. This is a superb place.

“It's a nice and convenient place to stay”

It's a huge villa with spacious rooms, some with their own bathrooms. The landlady was very nice, a bottle of wine and many other things like fruit, jam, milk and butter were waiting for us at arrival as presents. The next day we even got some pastries for breakfast. We appreciated it very much. :)
