We had a wonderful stay at apartment. The location is perfect close to everything you need ( car parking right next to the apartament, coast and food 5min walk), yet quiet and comfortable. The apartment was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The owner was incredibly helpful, super friendly and always available when we needed anything. Also arranged transport from and to the airport, which made our trip so much easier. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We would happily come back!!!

Self catering, so no breakfast to review. The property is not massive, but there's still enough room, and it's absolutely pristine. Food wise, you have fridge, toaster, kettle and a microwave, which is more than enough, being on holiday, I was perfectly happy to have some food in the studio, then going out and hitting the many excellent restaurants nearby to eat some great food. Location wise? it's fabulous. I went for a quite time, which it was perfect for. It's a 5 minute walk to the sea front where the action happens, so it was peaceful come the end of the evening. it's also a short walk into downtown Paphos. the location really is very good.

Great localisation, fair price. The apartment was well equipped (hairdryer, EU adapters, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, broom, drying rack, even some laundry detergent). The owner was really helpful, picked us up from the airport and offered a discount price for bike and car rental. Highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We had bright sunny rooms in the morning and could completely darken the rooms with the blinds when we had too much sun. We definitely loved how central we were to so many activities. We were on foot, so we walked to the grocery store that was well stocked with familiar favourites. The top of the mall has restaurant food for great value. The beach is only a few blocks away, and there are plenty of free archaeological sites all around nearby. We stayed 10 days and couldn't get it all done. We are definitely coming back. There's also a fully functional kitchen and fridge and washer so budget minded people will find this place very accommodating. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport with no extra charges. How refreshing!!! It was very nice having coffee on the balcony. This place is a diamond in the rough.

They met us at the airport, took us there, very friendly. Good location, bus stop across the road, easy walk to the port. Private kitchen. I recommend it for families on a small budget!

Lovely studio apartment in a great location - easy to get to the Harbour / bus stops This was a self-catering studio apartment but had a kettle, microwave and toaster. Airport pick-up - and tour of Paphos on way to apartment! - (and return) a brill bonus - nothing was too much for Jack and his team - when in Paphos I will definately stop there again! Thanks!
