The place is clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s an ideal spot for a two-week vacation: close to the beach, with a bus stop nearby. The host kindly allowed us to check in earlier, which was very nice. Additionally, if someone enjoys cooking, they won’t complain about a lack of kitchen equipment. Communication was excellent both online and in person. I highly recommend it.

Place was excellent, nice sunset view from the balcony, quiet and clean. Owners were really friendly. Localization was not a problem since the bus stop is literally next to the place, bus 615 goes every 15-30 minutes. Definitely would recommend, and i consider the price a bargain compared to other places.

The property was really spacious, it was so nice to have a whole apartment with small kitchen, living space and balcony. Usually at this price, it would be a bedroom with ensuite only. Perfect for self catering, it has everything you need. The host was extremely helpful and went out of their way to accomodate.

Leo, Christina and the lady and gentleman who work there (I don't know their names) are very friendly, they always greet you nicely, ask how you are and if you need anything. The apartment is very well equipped, a cold drink awaits you in the fridge, and a basket with coffee, tea, etc. on the counter. The location is exceptional, the view from the terrace as well, the whole village is beautifully decorated. If my sister and I ever travel to Cyprus again, we will definitely come to Leo and Christina's place! Best regards, Lea and Tea

This was in a good location for seeing Parphos.Supermarket, Tomb of Kings just down road. Easy access to waterfront and mosaics. Walking distance to Melanias a very nice traditional restaurant. Enjoyed cooling off and relaxing in the swimming pool. Good parking spot on site.

I had the pleasure of renting this apartment, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The place is spacious, and very well-equipped—I found everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is good—close to public transport, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The owner Christina and Leo is very kind and helpful, always available in case of any questions. Another great advantage is the cleanliness and attention to detail—you can tell the apartment is well-maintained. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rent, I highly recommend this apartment!

“Excellent Stay”

Appartement had a swimming and ocean view as described though we didn't swim as the water was a bit chilly. We walked 10mins along the coastal line to Venus beach. Bus stop was outside the apartment which was easy to catch, go to town or to coral bay either way. The village is in a quiet area which allowed enough and peaceful sleep. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. The place is quite safe for the children.

I want to say a huge thank you for the hospitality. It was our first visit to Cyprus, and thanks to your reception, we have only the best memories. The room was luxurious; I'd rate it 15 out of 10 (and even more). Special thanks for the water and juice left in the fridge before our arrival. You can find everything you need for a great vacation there: a hairdryer, an iron, needles and thread, plenty of kitchen utensils, beach gear, even an umbrella. The room is very clean and cozy. Oh, those sunsets... Every evening dinner came with a beautiful view. We managed to use the pool a couple of times, swimming with a view of the sea was incredibly enjoyable. It's conveniently located, with a bus stop right under the house, a Lidl nearby, and the beach within 10 minutes. I recommend it to everyone 100000%.

Very nice and helpful owners; Appartment was clean and specious enough for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen. Great swimming pool in case you are bored with sea You can easilly rent a car from the owners. They picked us from the airport for free. Very good location if you plan to sightsee Paphos region. on the last day we could stay for free whole day in appartment before our evening flight without any issue

A nice and very clean apartment with a balcony. The hosts are wonderful. It is easy to communicate with them. They have thought about everything - everything you need you will find in the apartment. They also own the car rent which is very convenient. There is a supermarket (Lidl) quite close and a very good restaurant (Melania) in 5 minutes walk.
