Location was perfect for us. Approx 30 mins walk to Harbour and as well the Kings Avenue Mall. We always stay on Universal as we prefer to stay locally than in the hotels. This was a home from home but with a great pool that nobody but us used most of the time. The house had everything you could possibly need and the greeting from the hosts on arrival was very welcoming and they had supplied more than the essentials which was very appreciated. We would 100% stay again. Definitely value for money.

Very nice flat, the owner met us on arrival and was very friendly and had pre-filled the fridge with some water, cans of pop and a few beers. The beds were comfortable and the flat was clean. the pool is shared with other flats in the compound, however, it seemed we were the only ones to use it so felt like having a private pool. There was also 3 bikes that the guests can use, unfortunately we didn't get time to use them. overall a very nice place that fit all 4 adults with comfort.

Very clean, quiet location. The owner was very welcoming and they offer free water, drinks and snacks. The pool areas was also clean and quiet with space to sunbathe :)

Absolutely fabulous, Maisonette. It was like a home from home. Everything you could need in a home was there.. The fridge was full of mixed drinks, which were complimentary and also a welcome bottle of wine on arrival . There were bikes available at the property for our use, which was a bonus. The pool was unbelievable. We were spoilt, for we had it all to ourselves for the whole week. Couldn't fault anything about this beautiful home tucked nicely away in a very quiet area of Cyprus. 🙏. Our host was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the property when we arrived. Also, our host was available 24/7 if we needed him. I would highly recommend this beautiful Maisonette for those of you who would just like to get away from it all for peace and quietness 🙏. We will definitely be returning. 🙏

Fantastic maisonette/apartment - a real home from home with everything and anything you could possibly need. Even bikes (and helmets). Nice outdoor dining areas. Konstantinos even left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge and was very welcoming when we arrived. The swimming pool was great - very infrequently used by other residents. It’s a short drive to the sea and to the restaurants of Paphos, but very easy to navigate our way around.

Basically everything… the place was great, we felt like home (small details like full fridge of drinks, bycicles ready for ride, equipped bathroom etc.)… amazing “shared” pool where we had never met anyone except of us.) we can 1000% recommend this place!

Safe and quiet place. Very friendly hosts who met us at night at the airport at 3.00 a.m. and took us back to the airport at the end of our staying. Fruit, water, beverages and snacks were waiting for us in the apartment - really nice, especially after a long journey. The pool was clean and completely at our disposal. The owners are very nice people and happy to help with any question.
