The owner is a real good man. Hospitability is at the max level. He helped with every question we came up. The apartment is fully renovated all IKEA stuff. So classy, comfy. It eas a good choice to stay at.

First of all, I want to give the biggest thank you to the owner who is the most kind and nicest host I’ve ever met!! The apartament was everything we could ask for, from the location to the facilities it has. We didn’t feel something was missing whatsoever. After only one day we already felt like coming back! Definitely the perfect place for a calm getaway!!

The apartment is modern, well equipped and very clean. Close to a plenty of excellent restaurants and a charming bay beach, far from touristic “noise”. The super kind and helpful owner was alway on duty. This off season stay here was one the best decisions of ours.

Kostas, is such an amazing host, he ensures we got everything we need, and we really appreciate his recommendations of places to visit, and most esp the cyprus coffee. The apartment is well equipped and very tidy. We have everything we needed for our stay. Very accessible place.

“Home away from home - a perfect stay!”

This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Paphos - so much so I made a return booking before leaving! The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean and every little detail has been thought of, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay (including good hairdryer, iron, beach towels, washing machine & detergent etc). There’s plenty of cooking equipment, providing the option to cook at home, with a large fridge, electric hob/oven etc. It’s also the only place I’ve stayed in that has had a toaster! The living room is cosy, with a comfy sofa and blankets for chillier evenings, and the smart tv is great. The AC also has hot/cold settings and works well in both living room and bedroom. The bathroom is modern with good water pressure and lots of towels provided. Our balcony looked over the banana field and had the sun from morning until late afternoon, with a lovely sea view. There’s plenty of parking to the rear and check-in / checkout is seamless. It’s situated in a perfect location, with easy access via the bus stop outside to coral bay/paphos, if you don’t have access to a car. Finally, a big thank you to Kostas, after arriving late he came to show me into the apartment and even took me to the kiosk near to get some things. I can’t recommend this place enough, Kostas is the most friendly and accommodating host I’ve ever came across and will make sure you have the best stay. Costa was very friendly and helped us with everything we asked him for. Everything in the studio looks new and clean. There is a lot of space. There is a big parking area for the guests and it's easy to find home, because the studio lays along the main road.

Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a very beautiful small beach where you can swim is less than five minutes away on foot. On top of that, the landlord is a very friendly, attentive, and helpful man who can assist you with anything you need and will make sure you have a fantastic time. We had a fantastic week and felt very safe, considering what’s going on in the world at the moment. Thank you, Kostas — see you again!

We had a wonderful time, the apartment is beautiful, modern and has everything you need for a holiday - the kitchen supplies were great, the whole vibe was cozy and Kostas is the most attentive host, always responding immediately if you need anything! Very good size of the apartament, very liht, sunny and warm. From the balcony we could see and hear the sea. The owner is very polite, helping, advising the beat places to do and to see around. In all our travels we never had such a nice landlord.

The location is very handy — getting to both Coral Bay and the city centre is quick and easy. The apartment we stayed in is fully equipped, with brand-new facilities for every purpose (washing machine, oven, large fridge, etc.). The bathroom is great, with solid water pressure. The owner is an interesting and friendly person who clearly cares about maintaining the premises in good condition and making your stay pleasant.

Very welcoming host. Had everyting we need. The flat had a nice view to the see, so the mornings were amazing. Flat had all appliences that you could think of.

It had everything you needed. Lovely the fly screens meant we could have the windows open instead of air con.

Our stay here was exceptional. The property was clean and modern, with all amenities you could want. We found the washing machine very useful after long days exploring the beaches. The aircon worked flawlessly, and we found the bed comfy. The balcony was lovely to sit on for breakfast or to watch the sunset from with a cold drink. The location was perfect for us - close enough to Paphos to visit in the evenings, but far enough north to make exploring convenient. We hired a car but the busses were very easy too, with a bus stop a close walk away going either towards Paphos or further north. By far the best part of this property was the owner Kostas - on hand through WhatsApp at all times for any help or recommendations. From meeting us late at night after a delayed flight, to offering us a lift to the shop, to sharing coffee with us before we left. We noticed a few people had commented on the road noise - this did not bother or affect us whatsoever, I personally hardly noticed it. The property is set back away from the road, and our bedroom was at the back of the property, so with the windows shut at night (to make the most of the Aircon) we hardly noticed it. I thought this property was absolutely fantastic, and the perfect size for a 2-person break. We will absolutely be returning here without hesitation if we find ourselves in Paphos again.
