Room was clean and big enough to accommodate extra bed. Locarion was good at the shopping center. Breakfaat was satisfactory.

“Uncleaned room with heavy smell of cigarette smoke.”
Room was not clean - food on chair and carpet; nail clippings in bathroom floor. As well the room stank of cigarette smoke. Reception made no apologies or offer of compensation.

Kind staff and great breakfast. Hotel is quite near Meyer Werft shipyard. The hotel made a reservation for the tickets.

I liked the fact that it was in an area with many facilities, it was very clean, we had what we needed and the bathroom was perfect. And the staff is very nice
