This family-run, non smoking hotel is set in a tranquil location in the centre of Papenburg, the northernmost town in the Emsland region, bordering on East Frisia. Come and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Hotel Aquamarin, making it attractive place either for weekend breaks or for longer stays. You will be able to beautifully relax here, either in the Finnish sauna or relaxation rooms, or outside on the hotel terrace. The Bokeler See is an idyllic lake just 500 metres away from the hotel. “Comfortable and great location.”
The location suited the purpose of our journey perfectly and it’s right beside two major supermarkets as well as cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful canal nearby also that you can go and enjoy an ice cream at. Staff were lovely and breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

“Exceptional hotel.”
This hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Within a very short walk to the town centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were so nice and welcoming esp the guy who checked us in. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of everything. There was plenty of parking. As we were travelling by motorbike we were allowed to park in the garage. I would highly recommend this hotel and would def stay here again.
