Like other reviewers, we were pretty shocked by the look of the building from outside but once inside the apartment, we were delighted. We received plenty of instructions beforehand and everything worked perfectly getting in to the apartment. We booked this accommodation because of its location on the waterfront and its proximity to the ferry terminal, about a 15 minute walk away. A beautifully decorated studio, it had everything we needed (except WiFi when we first arrived). It was quiet, spotlessly clean and had all sorts of nice little extras like homemade jam, a complimentary bottle of water, oils, condiments and so on. There was also aircon, a large TV, Nespresso machine, washing machine, a big fridge with water dispenser and a safe. Loved the mood lighting!

Very well equipped, good finishes and decor plus basic food items including coffee capsules. Comprehensive instructions for arrival and departure - keys in a lockup box so minimal fuss.

The place is lovely, modern, and clean - the kitchen has everything you need, except a cutting board - so we bought one and donated it, so hopefully there is one for future stays. the internet is great and it is close to the marina - which was great for us as we had an excursion to the islands planned early morning.

This was a very well-located apartment across from a beautiful central park. It was decorated very nicely, forming a contrast to the building itself. It was close to everything in Papeete. The owner left jams for us to try and responded well to our communication. Hairdryer was available.

This is a beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need to stay a few days in Papeete. Located just across the road from the promenade and a short walk to the town centre, there is a supermarket a few minutes' walk away for provisions. The owners are very good at communicating everything you need to know, which is important as there is no face-to-face contact at any stage. But the instructions provided for entering the building and picking up the keys are so precise and detailed that you really cannot go wrong. I sent the owners many questions, all of which were answered promptly and comprehensively. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay here.

The apartment was small, as the name describes but it had everything we needed. It was very clean and had good amenities- like olive oil, soy sauce, some spices, rice, coffee. It also was near the ferry landing and a taxi stand-within walking distance. It was also very quiet, in spite of being right on a busy street. It was a perfect place for us to stay to leave early AM for the airport.

The room was lovely
