“A wonderfully relaxing stay in a lovely , natural place”

I loved that I was not staying in a high rise hotel. The bungalows were very comfortable and spacious ! The landscaping around the units was very tropical and we saw lots of wildlife. The pool area was beautiful, my door was about 5 metres from the pool. We were very close to the beach, 5 min walk ,and the beach had great bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good , the eggs. were freshly made.

Lovely villa complex, staff lovely, beach just over the road. Breakfast was plentiful and varied The bar/restaurant outside was very nice with friendly staff and a resident cat.

Staff were very friendly, although the service went a little down hill at breakfast when the main members of staff weren't there. Plenty of bottle water provided every day. Very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Good location for beach and restaurants (Smokey's BBQ was particularly good) and nice bar just outside the accommodation. Breakfast was sufficient with cooked items if you wanted them. All the villas have balconies to sit outside.

“Week in tropical garden”

10 flats/apartements in nice tropical garden with cool pool. Everything clean. Comfy beds (harder, good for me). A fridge and some kitchen stuff. Breakfast was good, enough local fruit, different varieties of eggs, but really good. 3min to the beach, 10 min walk to the center, 20 min to another beach. For me perfect.

“Relaxing but in need of update.”

Accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the balcony with view over the pool. It was peaceful and secluded which made for a relaxing stay.

Excellent location - in a peaceful spot close to the beach but within walking distance of the main night area and other restaurants. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful - Roslie (sorry I don't know the spelling!) gave us lots of good advice about what to do and helped us with a scooter and island tours. Comfortable apartment which was really nice to come home to after the end of a long, hot day!

Breakfast spread was good, fresh, ample and satisfying for our needs. Chef prepared nice eggs. Owner Peter and the Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Staff Siti & Rosli especially for their services, assistance.

The villa Is beautiful and spacious, located close to the beach and dining options. The staff were genuinely caring and would go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, fabulous breakfast. Close to the beach and a nkce small pool area. Bar staff were exceptional, particularly Sunni.

“Just a perfect place to stay.”

Stayed here 2024 and returned with friends 2025. Also recommended to other friends who stayed here February 2025 and also loved it. Staff and owners are fabulous and so helpful. Rooms or I'd say suite 10 out of 10. Breakfast great and just over the road from beach. Shops and casual restaurants on doorstep. Bar on site with the friendlist, helpful staff. We'll stay again if we return to Langkawi

“Aplace with soul, perfect for a relaxing stay”

Villa Molek has that authentic local charm that’s hard to find in big hotels. The atmosphere is peaceful, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and we really enjoyed starting our days with breakfast in the lovely setting. The rooms aren’t luxurious in a traditional sense, but they are comfortable and have everything you need to feel at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday without fuss but with all the essentials, this is the perfect spot. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of great local restaurants nearby. (We did have to wait a bit long for food at restaurant in front of Villa Molek, but thanks to the overall pleasant vibe, that wasn’t a big issue.) Highly recommended for anyone seeking a laid-back, authentic experience in Langkawi.

“Fabulous traditional style apartment hotel with lovely staff and great breakfast”

Fabulous traditional Malaysian hotel. Rooms are apartments with lounge and kitchen area. Quiet location. Staff lovely. I lost my phone and they have been so helpful in returning it to Uk for me. Great communication . Lovely breakfast area and great choice breakfast. Couldn’t recommend Villa Molek highly enough. Close to lots of restaurants and lovely wooden bar on road in front does fantastic raspberry Long Island iced tea!
