the staff was really nice, the customer service who helped us when we called was also super friendly. it is also a 10-13 minute walk to the beach (pantai chenang) which was also very nice.

They are scammers. First of all they had over booked. I then stayed in a different room and paid cash after they requested me to cancel the online booking. They then charged me on card as well after not responding to the fee waiver cancellation. COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

“Good location and nice staff”
The location is perfect if you want to visit the center of Langkawi. It is an hotel that all the taxi drivers know, so very easy to find it. The staff is very kind and helpful! The place is quiet at night and the mattress is very comfortable.

We arrived, and there was some ants in our beds in the room, which felt uncomfortable. The owner responded lovely on it, and offered us to change to another room or to a room in her other hotel. We felt very well treated by the owner, thank you!

No lift facility, stairs were too peak and narrow... toilet door was broken, no warm shower, no wifi upstairs, bed in front of toilet and toilet door can't close, it was broken We left 1 day before the scheduled time.. we complained since the first day but no action has been taken. No refund has been made.. Had a very bad experience 😕
