The room was big, there was everything basic you need provided. Silent place, you can hear a bit of the mosque but nothing very bothering. Many friendly cats around. Near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets.

“Avoid - or at the very least reconfirm your booking to make sure they actually have it.”
Booked back in April for a stay arriving on New Year’s Eve. When we arrived at 6pm they claimed they didn’t have our booking, despite having numerous confirmations from Booking.com

“WORTH YOUR MONEY”
The room was SPACIOUS and accommodating to our every need.Shower was top notch and modern with 4 way shower with strong water pressure.Private pool was a welcoming icing on the cake.Pool water is kept clean with continuos filtration and auto clorine to clean the pool water.Location is quiet with easy access to Cenang Beach and Tengah Beach and rest of tourist attraction.Ample parking directly in front of room.

Smelly. Don’t trust their reviews. The door lock problem who want to stay? Asking customer to call bookingcom for refund until now no answer. When call u all never answer ! I even not staying in your property!

“Comfortable good value nice pool”
Close to cenang beach, calm quiet rural setting but close to everything. It's a 10 minute walk to cenang mall. The staff were helpful, there is a water dispenser at the reception. The pool was refreshing. Just ask for housekeeping if you need it but only every 3 days which was fine.

“Nightmare before christmas”
Booked months in advance had confirmation then about a month before due to arrive another confirmation saying had changed hands but my booking was still good Turned up day before christmas eve they say no booking and all full !! Luckily it was payment on arrival for me but another couple were told same and they had paid they just said speak to booking.com we are under new owners !! But of course new owner nowhere in sight !! No sorry nothing !!! So of course had to find new accommodation at the height of the season which was very difficult as all decent hotels fully booked. If the rooms were anything like the check in area we probably did better not staying there the whole place looked a mess. Not much help from booking.com either offering me $38 if I book something else and send them an invoice ?? What will you get over christmas for that ??
