The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the facilities are perfect to relax in. The location is great and you can easily walk everywhere. The cats were a highlight for us especially Detet, they are looked after so well too.

The location was great as only 10 mins drive from airport and 10/15min to walk to the main strip and beaches and there is a supermarket across the street too! The staff were absolutely lovely and always happy to help and welcoming.

Despite booking and paying six months in advance as well as requesting a pool view room. Disappointed that my request was not passed on by booking.com. My previous visit was such a happy one and I was so looking forward to my stay in a comfortable room. All the sorry, sorry's from the staff did not help and it was back to room 104. In future I will have my stopovers in Singapore to save the flight changes. Langkawi is changing as the high rise hotel blight has arrived. Goodbye my happy little island in the sun. It was lovely but never again.

Terrible experience. We arrived to find our prepaid booking cancelled without our knowledge. The staff blamed OYO, promised to forward proof but never did. Instead of helping, they offered only 2 rooms (we booked 3) and demanded extra payment. They were clearly looking for excuses and avoiding discussion — one even left mid-conversation to go home rather than assist us. We ended up stranded at 1 AM and had to book another hotel ourselves. Completely unacceptable service.

Friendly staff, rooms were cleaned daily, pool area was lovely to relax in and both WiFi and air con were good. If you had a pool side room the terrace had a nice outlook. Enjoyed the breakfast provision as well as tea and coffee provided in the room.

“Disappointing and Poor Value for Money”

The biggest disappointment was the poor value for money. The hotel is marketed as a boutique hotel, but in reality it felt more like hostel-level accommodation and was far too expensive for what was offered. The room was in need of renovation. The bed and pillows were hard, soundproofing was very poor (we could hear everything from the neighboring room), and the bathroom had a very strong, unpleasant smell. The window only faced a painted concrete wall, which was misleading when booking. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite promising to check for another room due to the bad smell, they never followed up. Breakfast was very limited, and items often ran out. The pool area was very small with no views. The photos give a false impression.

The pool was great, kids had fun All the cats looked beautiful with the frangipani flowers on them put on by my kids The breakfast was nice You may first think that the property is next to an intersection, but soon you will realise that when you go inside it is as quiet as any other place The property is located right at the start of the popular street and it was so nice to go for a walk in the morning and evening, my smart watch was happy! Well known eateries like The Nam The laughing buffalo The cliff Are all a short stroll around

“Lovely hotel, a little far from centre”

Lovely low rise traditional style hotel with an attractive central pool. Staff were wonderful. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk into the centre of pantai cenai and the main beach. Really useful, super cheap shop directly across the road where you can get most things. Easy parking next to hotel.
