Best hostel ever. It felt like home. Loved the garden, the hammocks, the fully equipped kitchen (with a hob!), spacious dorm room with curtains and plugs, shared bathroom, cleanliness, staff. I wasn't a fan of Langkawi, but this hostel made it the best. I was there for a full week, and could have stayed longer never having to leave the hostel.

One of our favourite stays so far! Soluna Guest House has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere! The place is well maintained, very clean, and full of character, with a peaceful vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The hosts were kind and welcoming, always happy to help with recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. The location is also great, close to everything you need while still feeling calm and tucked away. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi.

We stayed in a private room and it was lovely. Bed was comfy, shared bathrooms were clean and only a few steps away. The owners are nice! There is a kitchen to make your own food and a 10 minute shortcut to the beach. Definitely recommend

“Nice guest house”

We had a very enjoyable stay at this guest house in Langkawi. The room with a private bathroom was simple but comfortable: everything was clean upon arrival, the air conditioning worked well, and the towels were good quality and large. The bed was comfortable overall. The outdoor areas are a real highlight: there are hammocks to relax in, a very clean and well-equipped shared kitchen, and a fridge with a private storage box for personal items. We also appreciated the small outdoor space with a table and a little balcony to enjoy meals. The surroundings are peaceful and charming, with cats around and even cows nearby, which adds to the authentic and relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to the host for her kindness: she allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and even take a shower later in the day, which made it possible for us to fully enjoy our last day.

“Amazing ambience, lovely kitties, and good facilities!”

Walkable distance to Pantai Cenang (maybe 10ish minutes), and also to a kedai runcit, which sold basic hygiene items. I asked for a room with the nice view and they gave us the room closes to the open field with cows. The ambience of the place was beautiful and very lush with well-maintained greenery. The staff were very friendly, and everyone, including other guests, were open to making conversations about our lives and unique journeys. Overall a really nice vibe that suited the adventurous traveller!

“Perfect stay on Langkawi!”

Staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and the garden, common area, and dorm room are very comfortable. It's easy to spend days here to relax and rewind. Big plus were the small kitchen, hammocks and sofas to make it extra 'homey'

Everything! Cool dorm, the common kitchen / open space is amazing, the staff is so helpful and nice, it’s in a very peaceful area (but still close to the center). Highly recommend this place!

“Peaceful stay in nature with lovely staff”

If you are going to stay in the Centang area, this peaceful guesthouse is the place to be! Lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed (if you like very firm mattress), wardrobe and other furniture, good shower and amenities. The common area is very relaxing, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and you have cats and other animals for company. It was a nice place to meet and have chats with other guests. You can prepare your own food and I loved the idea of a basket per room in the fridge to store your things. The staff are lovely and very helpful. It takes no time at all to wander to the beach on their little shortcut path.

“Very welcoming team and peaceful stay”

The whole team made us feel welcome at the Soluna Guest House and they were very accommodating with our young children (both under 4) even adding a mattress to the floor in one of our bedrooms. The short cut through walk to the beach made access easy to various amenities. We also had already hired a car so were able to travel around the island. We have no hesitations in recommending this accommodation.
