Pool was brilliant, kids loved it.. staff cant do enough for you . Always going above and beyond especially Qasim and Dina who were both fantastic!

The kids slides n all

Such a cute little place with small cottages that our kids really loved. The pool and waterpark is all you need for a few days. The breakfast is fine - nothing fancy. The best part is the wonderful staff that makes you feel welcome from first sight - and Qasim helps to drive you up and down the small mountain whenever you like. We really enjoyed our 3 days here.

It is fun place for kids, we enjoyed our time there. Good breakfast, very nice english speaking stuff, great pool with slides and nice view. It was a good choice for us.

“Full family fun”

From the second we landed in Langkawi the resort did the utmost to assist us. My sons loved the amenities and the attractions of the resort. For a family it is definitely worth a visit. I had to promise my kids ill take them back.

“Kids friendly, needs renovating”

The staff (especially Qasim) is amazing. They want to help you with everything and are there all day just for you. Our kids really loved this stay and all the themed homes, Mickey Mouse at breakfast etc. Breakfast was really nice, 5 choices (of which 3 western) and a small addition of pancakes/waffles/fruit and a daily snack + coffee/tea/juice/water. Our kids had fun so we had fun as well :)

“Perfect place for family vacation”

Perfect resort for family vacation. It is located on the hill and a lot of green trees around hotel and in the resort area. Resort is very cozy, it's about 10 houses and 1 villa so it's really calm and relaxing time you can have there. Nice pool both for adults and children, lot's of water attractions for children. The resort is managed my very friendly staff who will do everything possible and impossible for you to have the best stay ever and have memorable vacation. It's located on the hill but Qasim can bring you up and down by buggy every time you ask, so it's not a problem at all. As bonus you get perfect sunset view from the top. Rooms are clean and cozy, it's enough space for a family with 2 small kids in the room. 2 level villa is perfect for 4 adults, lot's of space and nice lunch/dinner area outside where you can gather with your friends and have lovely time. For breakfast you can choose 1 of 4 different courses. Also a Dusky Leaf Monkey family lives near resort area, so you can see them very often, they are so cute:)

We had a wonderful stay at MyRus Hotel. Everything was well organized. A special thank you to Qasim - he handled everything perfectly and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and kindness made a big difference. The ladies who prepared fresh breakfast every day were also amazing - everything was delicious and made with care. Highly recommended!

It had a great location, the personal was super nice, the iglu model houses that gives an unique experience, the amazing view, the water park is perfect for kids to be entertained a good part of the day, everything was super nice.

“Fun place for kids with even more potential - staff amazing!”

This is a place that was built with kids in mind. Fun environment and playful layout, with a mini waterpark, playroom and a playground. It also had a lot of facilities for adults such as gym, pool table and a poolside bar (though closed upon our stay). The staff was great and an extra shoutout to Qasim, who drove us back and forth to places with the golf cart. Treated like family will remain a warm memory from this gem.

“Kids love the pool!”

Your kids will love staying here just for the pool and the slides, ours did, so it was worth staying just for that. It's a bit rough the edges though, and in need of some maintenance and a freshen up. The pod rooms are simple but comfortable. We had a smaller one and it was still ok for a family of 4. The breakfast was OK. The staff are good, in particular Qasim. He was always friendly and good with the kids. He was helpful in dropping us up and down the hill for a taxi which we appreciated. He really made our stay enjoyable - thank you, Qasim.

Water accumulated after showering, toilet and light were broken and basin clogged.

“Great kids hotel”

This is incredibly kid friendly and for a couple of nights our toddler loved it. It is dated in parts but for a short stay and base to explore it’s absolutely fine. The staff were helpful and the rooms very clean. The buggy down/up the hill was useful, but taxis can drive up they are just reluctant to.
