Excellent location about a 5 minute walk to the beach . Basic accommodation but still everything that you need . Wi-Fi worked fairly well although did go off once in a while. Lady let us check in early .

One of the worst stays in Langkawi. Do NOT book this place.The room was shown as RM50, but after arrival they asked RM70, which is cheating. The room was very dirty, the bathroom door had no lock, and the toilet flush was not working. Totally disappointed. This place should not be listed. Avoid this hotel.

“The worst of my life”
Facilities were incredibly run-down, the ceiling was black with mold, everything needed a deep clean, no hot water, toilet flush broken, dirty aircon. Other guests were incredibly noisy and disrespectful as well. Stay away from this place

The best thing about this place was the value for money. However, once we arrived, the owner hit us with a mega tourist charge, which was effectively the cost of the booking again. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on booking.com and it seemed like a bit of a scam. The lady should definitely add this to the booking site to avoid frustration when customers arrive. The room itself was poorly maintained but it was in a good location. I wouldn’t stay here again though.
