The hotel is old, but, bed linen and towels were clean enough. The view was on green trees around the territory. Very good and kind personal. They agreed to leave our suitcases for 2 days, when we were visiting Ko Lipe.

“Budget Hotel with Swimming Pool close to Beach”

Hotel is located at one end of the main beach road. Main activities take place at city centre, close to the Aquarium, which is 25 mts walk from Hotel. One end of the main beach is 10 mts walk from Hotel. All beach activities like sea para sailing, speed boats are available at this point. However the main beach is another 10 mts walk, which is the hub for all beach and shore activities. Saw the superb fire display at the main beach, on two nights from 7 to 8 PM. we booked tours with Asthar travels, near AB hotels on main road, 15 mts walk from hotel. did three islands tour, Mangrove forest tour and Boat budget sea cruise through them. very reliable best deals. budget sea cruise has all sea based activities from the boat, unlimited drinks, good food. Superb malaysian non veg food near this place, open from 6 PM onwards. we had two dinners, budget cost. Do not miss Cable Car ride, ideal whole day, can be done half day. affected by weather, check in the morning before going as about 20 kms away. Budget restaurant BELLA, excellent variety, 7 mts walk from Hotel, open 7 AM to 3 PM, used by us on all days for brunch and takeaway. minimarket 10 mts walk. Night food market from 7 PM onwards, 25 mts walk from Hotel, near Aquarium. Worth going to. USP of the Hotel is the beautiful swimming pool. Mini mart 10 mts walk from hotel, all essential items available. we used local taxi for all moves, affordable and reliable, Two wheeler hire very popular, specially if you want to go to other beaches at a distance

The location and staff were friendly. Air con good in both rooms, had to move room as could not get the same room for my full stay.

The hotel is within a 3 minutes walk of the beach and main drag. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the swimming pool clean. The room was spacious and had A/C, a fridge and a balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything. Position, staff, hygiene, rooms. You should book this stay! Highly recommend!

The rooms are amazing: very clean, comfortable, lots of space. There is also a pool area with a shadow during the day. It's 3 minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops.

The room is spacious. There's a balcony overlooking some vacant land. The best is the water pressure in the shower. You can use it to massage. There's a single door fridge. Last minute room rate was a great deal.

Everything about the experience was top-notch—from the service to the location. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful. It’s close to the main beach and offers great value for money.
