Everything was great!

“Fab villa, a little piece of paradise with exceptional hosts.”

The villa was perfect for our family of 4. It was set in a small olive grove, down a small road off the main road in Panormos. We found a little pathway which lead us to the beach, which took a leisurely 10 minute walk. The a/c was needed as it was very warm when we visited, we were glad to have a/c in both bedrooms. We also utilised the washing machine which was an added bonus for us. Things dried so quickly in the sunshine. The owners were really kind and made sure we were given a warm welcome with lots of food and drinks left in the fridge for us. There ware different areas to sit around the villa, depending on the time of the day. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the top terrace. The local village of Panormos had lots of different options for beach bars/tavernas and beach beds.

“We didn't want to leave!”

Loved the setting, the outdoor eating area was lovely. The kitchen had everything you need and the house was spacious. The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful.

“Amazing, 10 stars is not enough!”

We loved everything! This villa is truly exceptional. It is located in a beautiful location close to one of our favourite beaches. There is a good choice of tavernas nearby (would recommend Nikos, on the beach) and it is centrally located for exploring the island. From the large roof terrace you can watch the most amazing sunset and then star gaze at night. The villa is very spacious and set in stunning grounds with olive and lemon trees. The owners went above and beyond, first helping us with transfers from the port then collecting our hire car. We were welcomed to wine, juice, fruit, cheese and so much more on our arrival, very much appreciated! We have fallen in love with beautiful Skopelos and will definitely be returning to this amazing villa!

Amazing Greek-style villa, beautiful garden and location close to Panormos beach and tavernas. It was an unforgettable holiday. We did not expect to find such a delightful location with such wonderful people. Marina and her husband were perfect hosts. They welcomed us with fruits, drinks and food for breakfast. There is a garden of olive and lemon trees around the house. Every day we enjoyed with a fresh lemonade. The villa has a delightful terrace with a summer kitchen. The villa is equipped with everything a family needs. It is a quiet place, without noise and with a lot of trees. Everything was perfect and we will definitely return to this beautiful place.

Clean, spacious, quiet house, located about a 12 minute walk from our favourite beach on Skopelos. The house easily accommodated my family of five. The outdoor dining area on the ground floor is lovely, as are the roof terraces.

“Superb Greek Villa”

A really great spot on the Island of Skopelos. So peaceful and with a stunning view of Panormos Beach from its balcony. We had a car but it’s also a nice walk down the winding lane to what would have to be one of the more beautiful beaches of the island. Ate out twice on the beach with feet in the sand - both times excellent seafood. Marina was a great host and the house was spotless. Having 2 bathrooms was great - although the hot water was minimal. We did find the master bed mattress very hard too. But small things in comparison to the overall experience. I would definitely stay there again.

“A really excellent choice for staying in Skopelos”

This is a spacious vacation house that could comfortably host our family of 4 (parents, one 5-year old and one 2-year old in a foldable bed) at the first floor and there was a spare bedroom on the ground floor. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and our stay was really comfortable. There was always warm water available, there was very well functioning air conditioning in the two bedrooms. There were three WCs, one of which with a comfortable bathroom and two with showers. Around the house there was a very nice garden with many olive trees, some lemon trees and a couple of plum trees. There was also a bbq stove (which we didn't use but looked very promising!). The house was relatively isolated so it was very peaceful and quiet during day and night. Both Marina and Pantelis were amazing and very generous hosts. Marina very kindly answered all our questions and requests prior our arrival. Pantelis came all the way to Skopelos port, welcomed us and showed us the way to the house. He also provided useful information and he also gave us fresh eggs from his chickens! Moreover, he encouraged us to pick lemons and plums from their trees. They also let us an early check-in and late check-out, which really made our stay much more comfortable.

The house is beautifully located in a small olive grove with some lemon trees. There is a terrace on the ground floor with a barbeque and one on the first floor. Most of the windows have fly screens and there are blinds to keep the sun out. AC is also available. WiFi is good. The hosts are super friendly and even organized taxi rides for us from and to the ferry. On arrival, the fridge was already filled with fruits, eggs, milk etc. Behind the house is a water dam which is quite good for running- one lap is about 700 meters. Panormos beach is relaxed with some restaurants and beach bars and we found it one of the best in Skopelos. The water is fabulous. Check Panormos Boat Hire for a small motor boat or SUP or simple sea kayak, relax at Kraken Seaside, eat at Vasiliki or Linarakia. Rent a car in the village, explore the island and come back to see there´s no need to check all the other bays.
