“Excellent place (close to the best beaches), but needs some minor investments to be top notch”
The location is excellent and lots of free space in the exterior so you can park your car conveniently (rental is a must if you don´t have the budget to go around by taxi and bus service is really last resort option).

“Wonderful, would go there again!”
Everything was superb. Only we were supposed to be accomodated in Villa Thea but due to some reasons we ended up in Thea Home Hotel - therefore this review does not concern Villa Thea but Thea Home Hotel. Thea Home Hotel was beatiful, cozy and located in the upper part of the Skopelos town - it was a truly quiet place. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of homemade stuff and with the views over morning Skopelos bay it was a perfect combination!

Unfortunately we could not stay. The description was incorrect. The property is NOT 800 meters from the beach it is in fact 3.9 miles. You can not walk to any beach it is too far on a high road with No pavement. This needs to be changed. The owner only gave me back 50 percent too😞

“all in all a valued apartment”
We came from a 4 star hotel on another islands so was somewhat a shock, the use off wide angled lens when taking pictures always makes the rooms look large,the location is in the middle of nowhere so you need a car, and it takes 12- 15 minuets to Skopelos town, were you will only find decent large grocery stores. the [place was clean but limited utensils basic stuff like no cups descent cutting knifes cooking trays, we had to ask for extra stuff like something to make coffee!!, but they delivered items as and when we asked. all in all good value for 4 days, we went back to Alonnison our return home via a great hotel
