Mary and her husband were lovely and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The property was lovely and had everything we needed including a beautiful view. It was so close to everything and just perfect.

Where do I start. It was just perfect, everything! The house is just amazing, the location, the house itself, the courtyards. It has everythinig you need, and more. We felt at home right from the start. A short walk from the shops, the harbour, restaurants. The view from the 3rd floor is priceless. Air conditioning in every room. The Magnolia is so cosy, you don´t want to leave, my children miss it already. The greeting was very warm and friendly. This really is one of our favourite places we´ve stayed, and we travel a lot.

Did not include breakfast, location was excellent for our purposes as it was in the old city and we could walk everywhere. Hosts explained where to park and met us. Beautiful little garden and lovely views of the harbour from the third floor. Also a bonus that there was a door into the old city from the third floor which meant fewer stairs. Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch.

Beautiful property full of charm! Excellent and friendly hosts made us feel very welcome. The property is in a fantastic location with spectacular views. Lots of gorgeous knick knacks in the house and air conditioning throughout apart from the ground floor but we found it was not needed there.

This a cute, comfortable house equipped with everything needed for a great stay. We absolutely loved the gardens. The location is excellent, just a few steps down to the harbour. The hosts couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. I hope we get to return one day!

Beautifully renovated traditional property. The things you need in a property to be modern and functional were. Beautiful enclosed back patio area. Top floor balcony with a magic view over the water. Beds were comfortable, hot water always available. Description matches what you get. Short walk to restaurants, shops etc. 5 minute walk from ferry. I’ve stayed in many properties over the years but what makes this one stand out is the very warm welcome by the owners. They greet you like long lost friends and you immediately feel like you’ve known them forever.

The Magnolia is a wonderful spacious property with a beautiful garden, wonderful view from the top balcony and quiet situation while only a few steps from the shops, tavernas and the ferry port. The excellent renovation of an old Skopelos home has sucessfully preserved the character of the property while being well equipped and comfortable with all modern fascilities. Our hosts Maria and George were exceptionally kind and generous.

“Superb”

Super location-in the very historic part of Skopelos town, actually three steps from the church of the Virgin Mary and close to many cafes and tavernas, yet in quite neighbourhood. The house itself is very charming, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious (can easily accommodate 8 persons) and has a nice garden (among few in this part of the town). The view from the upper floor is amazing. The hosts were super great, they welcomed us with delicious sweets, soft drinks and wine. As for goodbye, they treated us with tastefull homemade Skopelos cheese pie. Highest reccommendations for the Magnolia house, would return again. Thank you so much Mary and George!
