“Characterful and authentic stay in Skopelos Old Town”

The location in old Skopelos Town and the view from the second floor veranda down to the port and beyond was stunning. We appreciated being met by the owner at the bus station and being driven and then escorted to the property.

The property itself could be fantastic. Situated half way up SKOPELOS town the views over the harbour from the balcony were beautiful, whether having a coffee or a glass of wine wine.

The view was amazing. A great outside balcony. Quite part of the old town.

Wonderful traditional house! Full of authentic details, spread over three levels with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a terrace with a stunning view. Pantelis and his wife were incredibly helpful and even carried our luggage to the house. Highly recommended!

“Amazing.”

Quaint - what an amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived on a rainy day, put into a taxi (at no cost to us) to take us to the accommodation. At the accommodation, met by the family. The house was the owners mother’s house. It was what we would describe as typically Greek. It was wonderful. Arranged over three floors with a well equipped kitchen for the tourist. Also had some local wine and beer left for us (thank you). Great location near a bell tower which offered us a point to find the house again through the many stepped streets. A hidden treasure at a great price.

Pantelis, our host was very friendly, he met us at the port and offered a free ride to the house, taking our luggage along the stairways. We also had an English speaking contact during our stay. Expect a typical Greek house with all the amenities you would need for a relaxed holiday. The view from the balcony was really fantastic! :) The house is divided into three floors with a narrow stairway connecting them, which provides some privacy between the rooms and the kitchen, maybe not the best choice for elderly people. The shower is located on the top floor, next to the only room which has aircon, but there's a cooling fan in the other room. The beds are comfortable. Just a couple of minutes walk and you get to the port with shops and tavernas around.

The view is lovely and it is well located in the Castle area. The owner was helpful, meeting us off the ferry to show us where to go. He was quick to respond to questions and had a helpful guide to some lovely beaches on Skopelos.

An incredible Greek style house, with a beautiful view over the port. The house is laid out on three different levels, with the kitchen on the bottom floor. We had four people, but the double bed is quite small, so probably better for 3! The host was amazing, picked us up from the ferry and brought us up the hill. Just a 10 min walk down the steps to the port and 5 minutes up further a beautiful restaurant Milos that we loved. The house is nestled in traditional streets and you can get lost wandering them (in a good way)! The bell tower is your alarm in the morning & you can see a beautiful sunrise from this side of the island. We loved this place, felt like we were living the Mamma Mia dream! Would stay again!

Perfect location, 2 minute walk down to port, walk up did take longer but only because it’s a lot of steep steps! Beautiful view of the port and the bell tower. The man who collected us from the port was amazing and even carried our luggage to the property and up to the room which was great! Air con in the main bedroom was great!

“Stunning house in old town”

This house in the old part of Chora is absolutely stunning. The view from the balcony is breathe taking. Its a calm area and the house is very pleasent during warm days. We were picked up at the port when we arrived with the ferry. We appreciated a lot that there were coffee, soap etc left from earlier guests, its very nice when you arrive. Its easy to walk everywhere from the house. We will definately be back

A traditional village house, with fantastic views. Comfortable beds - and everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. We LOVED it!

This is a traditional island house so part of it’s charm is the low ceilings, steep stairs and small rooms which may not suit everyone. We were delighted by its authentic style and furnishings, its really quiet and has a fabulous view exactly as shown. The location ensures you burn off a few of the holiday calories each day too! Our hosts helped us get to the house and then were available if needed.

“Cozy stay in uphill Skopelos”

The House is in a very nice location. The view of the port with the beautiful church tower is exactly like in the pictures. The balcony is cute but very hot. The air conditioning works great, and it was much needed during our stay. The two bathrooms are clean. The host was so kind to pick us up from the ferry by car. There are nice restaurants nearby, and it is far enough from the port to be very quiet at night. Finally, with a scooter rented in town, it is in the perfect spot to reach the best beaches on the island. Highly recommended for a group of friends or a couple.
