Very welcoming and gentle host. The room was well equipped and had everything we needed for our staz. The property is located a 5 minute walk from oneof the nicest beaches in Skopelos. We would definitey come again and highly recommend.

WOW! We have travelled extensively, but Katerinas is a very special place! A quiet kind of magic, where you can truly relax and potter around in the beautiful gardens for hours. Incredible property, where our kids spent hours playing in the large garden that was truly serene. So many fruit trees! Figs, plumbs, pomegranate, grapes and I was amazed to see in Greece a terrace filled with hanging kiwi fruit! We absolutely loved the convenience of a short and lovely walk along a gorgeous path to the stunning beach. Lovely tavernas nearby and the beach is truly stunning. Morning walks behind the property amongst the pines and olive groves was very special too. But what makes this place so, so special is Katerina herself, the owner. She is an incredibly warm, hospitable and beautiful lady who treated us like family. Thank you Katerina for looking after us and sharing your piece of paradise with us. We are planning to return for mums 70th, bringing all our family! :)

Katerina was very kind and a great hostess. The room was cleaned up everyday. Its very close to panormos but not along the main road, so irs very quiet. We had a wonderful experience!

From the moment we arrived at Caterina’s, it felt like stepping into a dream. The setting was simply enchanting — flowers blooming all around, majestic trees whispering in the breeze, and every corner cared for with so much love and attention. Our room was more than just a place to sleep — it was a haven. Immaculately clean, beautifully prepared, and waiting for us with the sweetest welcome: homemade jam and delicious treats. It felt warmer and more comforting than home, like a gentle embrace after a long journey. And then there is Caterina — a truly special soul. Kind, thoughtful, and full of grace. Her warmth made our stay unforgettable. Panormos itself is a slice of paradise, with stunning beaches just a breath away from the house. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Without a doubt, this was a 10 out of 10 experience — and one we’ll carry in our hearts. We’ll return again and again, because places like this, and people like Caterina, are rare and precious. We wish her all the happiness in the world. There’s not a single thing we would change.

“Wonderful Setting, Lovely Host, Super Location”

Beautiful setting. Couple of minutes from the beach, flat walk. No need for air conditioning. Slept beautifully amongst the olive trees with the patio doors wide open.. Rooms are super clean. Communal areas are relaxing and have a real sense of Greek Island living. Superb.

Not only was the room amazing, recently renovated,super clean, peaceful and close to the beach, but Katerina was an amazing host! She’s super attentive to details and very helpful when we ran into an issue with booking the ferry back. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Very peaceful and beautiful. The apartment is clean with all necessary amenities. Parking is available right in front of the apartment, in a nice yard. An excellent location for all those who want a peaceful vacation.

A bit remote from the main road but still very close by foot, so that was amazing. The location was very beautiful, the orchard, the trees, the hammocks to read and nap😍 the room was extremely clean and very well furnished. We really had all we needed!

“An amazing stay at Katerina”

We loved the stay in Katerina, it's private, at a beautiful location, near the most beautiful beaches on the island. The room was smaller, but very cute, comfortable, with clean facilities and a small balcony. It has it's own parking spaces. The accomodation is located in a garden full of olive trees + it has its own chapel. The owner is very kind and helpful, she also gave us a handmade soap her daughter makes, which was such a thoughtful gift. We will definitely be coming back!

A delightful property , quiet and secluded as nicely situated a short few minutes away from the front of Panormos. Katerina is a welcoming host and the room was tastefully simple and offered privacy but equally the central courtyard made for a lovely spot to meet and make friends with other guests as i did . Situated in an orchard, back from the beach but only a few minutes walk. This was a lovely place to relax and refresh. The main lounge/dining area is outside, under shelter. The bedrooms and kitchen area are primarily for sleeping/preparing food - so plan to spend most of your leisure time outdoors (very pleasant)

“The perfect holiday in Panormos”

Katerina studios are really a gem! Our stay has been perfect. The room and the little kitchen are super clean, furnished with taste and functionality, confortable and equipped with everything one needs. Katerina was super nice and welcomed us with fruits from the wonderful garden of the structure. We were even offered the make a late checkout, to enjoy our holiday in Skopelos till the last minute. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The location is close to the beach, by foot only a few minutes. If you like spending time in the garden, there is an opportunity and it is also a quiet place. The owner was reachable via messages, she helped us with the translation of ferry messages - they changed the departure port at the last call .....and allowed us to stay a couple of hours longer than official checkout.

Loved absolutely everything, a home from home in the most beautiful and peaceful setting. Katerina is the most caring, attentive and friendly host ever - she had got everything completely right. We were treated like family friends staying in Katerina's beautiful home. She is never intrusive but always available for her valued guests. Plenty of parking space, spacious grounds beneath shady olive and plum trees and a 2 minute walk, via a footpath at the rear of the house, to wonderful Panormos beach. We will most definitely return.
