“Incredible holiday with everything you need and more!”

I honestly couldn’t fault one thing. Everyone we spoke to whilst staying here for 2 weeks were just incredibly friendly and helpful. Emma was always available if needed and the lovely cleaners Manolis and Yanna were lovely! It was like leaving family by the end of the stay. The villa was immaculate and cleaned every 3 days wo the the pool team visiting early morning every 2 days. You wouldn’t believe the property is 9 years old as it feels brand new, you can tell they take great care of it. The villa is very secure with a big gate at the entrance and the location is 5 mins from the main town with lots of restaurants. We would come back again in a heartbeat. Our stay was wonderful and the service rivals some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Thank you so much for a wonderful family holiday.

Exactly as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Perfectly located a short walk from town and the beach and all the amenities we needed were available. Our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and considerate.

Everything, the villa is modern, and very well equipped. There is a small kitchen with pretty much all the necessary equipment, crockery and cutlery and even a sandwich toaster. Cleaners come every 3 days and changed all the bedding, towels, pool towels bath robes and clean the property spotless and along with the pool cleaner that comes regularly the villa is kept immaculate. There is a bbq but the village of Panormos is a 5 min walk from the villa with some lovely restaurants and most importantly coffee shops that do the biggest chocolate croissants I have ever seen. The pool is lovely and warm not too much of a shock when you jump in however I’m 5’1 and could only just touch the bottom on tip toes so no shallow end for little ones. Gorgeous sea and Mountain View’s. We hired a car but unless you want to do a lot of sight seeing you could manage easily without. The villa itself is situated behind an electric gate if you like somewhere that feels secure. I noticed when I booked that there weren’t many recent reviews for these properties and I think it’s because they have clients that return every year and I can understand why.

This property is perfect for a family who want to be walking distance to beaches and restaurants but not in the centre of town. Stunning restaurant options are a 5 min walk away and the team were on hand to help 24/7.

We had a really nice stay at Sofia Luxury Villas. There’s 3 Villa’s set atop a hill above each other. We had the lowest one which also has uninterrupted sea views from the pool (I think it was called Arismari?). Both the hosts and cleaners are really attentive and jump to come by when anything is the matter. It is a very nice private space, and there are no neighbours in sight (apart from the ones behind in the other villas - or anyone who could look in the windows. The outside terrace is all partially shaded, making it inviting to sit outside. The villas are set just outside Panormos (on the other side of the highway), which means cafes, shops and lots and lots of tavernas are within 5 minute walking distance (downhill). Lastly, our baby was well taken care of with a really nice baby bed and high chair!

Lovely villa with a beautiful pool and stunning views of the sea and mountains. Really close to great restaurants and the beach. Host left some gifts to welcome us and the cleaning staff were so friendly and thorough.

Secluded quiet location, clean and with a private pool. Only a 6 minute walk to a small local town, Panormos, so excellent for groceries and small local restaurants. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Emma and Sofia were incredibly helpful.

“Wonderful stay”

Frankly everything was superb, very clean, beautiful architecture, great view and the hosts were amazing and very attentive. The villa is new and well equipped. Housekeeping is every 3 days which is great and the housekeeper is quite picky. The villa is at a short walking distance to Panormo and all taverns and shops. Already booked Giasemi for our next summer holidays.🙂

“Excellent stay for our honeymoon”

Sofia Villas is an excellent property in a fantastic location. A 5 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Panormos is a lovely small fishing village outside of Retheymo (takes only about 45 mins on bus to go to Retheymo which I would recommend). Panormos itself is beautiful, quiet, not very touristy, but with plenty of restaurant options (options for day excursions (recommend chania and lake) and a lovely massage parlour (Relaxika)). The villa is nothing short of luxurious - the views are impeccable (clear view of ocean).The location is perfect. There are three villas within the complex all completely private we barely even saw the people staying in the other villas. The property is cleaned every 3 days and the pool every 2 days. The pool is brilliant very big and deep perfect for swimming. I’d love to stay here again and would 100% recommend this to everyone.

“Modern house, amazing hosts, 500m from the sea”

Sofia and her team are amazing hosts. Everything was great! We got welcome and check-out gifts, the house was very clean, everything was working and in good condition. We stayed in the smallest (2 person) villa, and it has an unobstructed view of the sea. All the restaurants of Panormos are a few hundred meters away from the house. The whole property is fenced, hence safe for pets. The whole plot is well maintained, with lots of plants and flowers.

Thanks to Sofia, our stay in Greece was wonderful. the villa is amazing. everything at the highest level. On arrival we found a bowl of fresh fruit and wine. it was very nice. we were with a baby and all our requests were fulfilled. Definitely will come back again.
