Location and the view were amazing. The place is clean with everything we needed and also the owner was very helpful and nice.

Really kind staff, it’s a family owned business and everyone is helpful and friendly! One of the owners Yannis talked with me every day/evening before and after my trip, and gave genuine tips and I shared my travel experiences. He knows everyone in the village and advised where to go for lunch/dinner. I had really beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea from apartment No. 2, I especially enjoyed the sunset from my balcony. I love the homemade breakfast too, with eggs and oranges from their own farm. The apartment feels homy to me, therefore lots of customers come back every year. On my last night I had a pleasant talk with an English guest who returns each year for the last decade.

Although we did not arrive until the early hours the owner was there to welcome us. I needed the next day to get to Heraklion. The owner took me to the bus stop in his car. The room was certainly big enough and all rooms had a balcony looking out over the pool with a sea view. The swimming pool was brilliant and usually I had it all to myself, lovely. During the week the owner gave us some eggs from his chickens. We stayed for 11 nights and bought breakfast twice during our stay from Jannis, the owner. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The beer sold from the bar of the property was the cheapest I bought throughout our stay in Crete. On leaving the property Jannis gave us a farewell gift. I believe Jannis went well and beyond what we expected of him I would definitely recommend booking an apartment .

The hospitality - never have I felt so welcome and well looked after on holiday! Knossos is a beautiful apartment block set in the most wonderful gardens with spectacular views. Yiannis is the most wonderful host, incredibly kind and nothing is too much trouble. We had the most perfect relaxing week that could not have been better!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this property. It is located close to the sea and a small village called Panormos and surrounded with a beautiful garden. A good location to discover Crete. The apartment was clean and cosy with a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts, Yianni and his mother, are wonderful people always available and so helpful. They make you feel at home. I hope that we can return one day and see them again.

Freda and Yanni are great hosts and can’t do enough for you. The rooms have everything you need and are serviced twice a week, all rooms have a sea view and the pool area is beautiful, surrounded by flowers and garden.

Yianni and Frieda the owners are exceptional. very friendly. spotlessly clean, they even empty the room bins and changed the bedding every 3 day !

The hosts and the property are so lovely. Clean, simple and open feeling. Amazing breakfasts, nice greenery and cool breezy room with a great ocean view! Nice short walk into the local village of Panormo which is a great place to stay. The pool is well cared for and mostly quiet. Yianni and his mother are absolutely lovely and provided us with everything we needed and more. Great start to our holiday...!
