The house is located in a perfect spot, in the middle of the old part of Lefkara and in the midst of old streets between the shops and the beautiful historic church. It is a very characterful area of the village, but also pleasantly quiet and restful. The house is a typical old 18th-century Cypriot home built around a small courtyard, an attractive balcony with excellent views, and two comfortable bedrooms upstairs. There is also a useful parking spot just outside the front of the property. Full of history, personality and character, the house has been beautifully and tastefully renovated by the host. Everything required was there, and the host very thoughtfully also left a bottle of milk in the fridge, some delicious pastries, a few candles for the evenings, and even a bottle of the excellent local wine! The beds were very comfortable, and the additional toilet downstairs was useful for our family stay. The host was easily contacted for any queries and helpful in every way. The property was just perfect and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Beautiful, authentic stone houses in Lefkara. Stayed here for the Christmas village market. Cosy real log fire made the cold weather atmospheric. Elegant interiors. Very well equipped house. Georgiana the host was hands down the best host I have ever experienced on a holiday rental. Warm, attentive and always contactable. She made our stay truly special and outstanding. The perfect place According to the reviews I have read and the photos  of "Ample places" ,we decided to choose the place for 2 nights on the middle of December 2025. All the good words and  the warm compliments about this unic place are understatement. The 2 houses are  old buildings ,which were renovated  and  were furnished with very good taste.Special details everywhere  won a lot of attention.There is a collection of old pieces you can't see anywhere these days. Georgiana,the owner,is a fantastic host.she spoils her guests with cakes,frute,a bottle of wine and homemade bakings. The place is so close to the restaurants and to the center of pano lefkara.The garden is stunning. Unfortunately,I came from the airport sick,and  Georgiana brought me  the early next morning a medicine from the pharmacy. Excellent and cozy accommodation near the centre. When we arrived at the house there was already pressurised and hot water for us to take a bath. A complimentary wine bottle and chocolate bites on the table. What a welcome!! Very helpful and kind host! She also recommended some places to visit at the village as well!!

The location was perfect. The property setting is incredibly tranquil yet a two minute walk, itself a delightful adventure through the old narrow residential streets, from local cafés for breakfast and from the village's main street with its shops and restaurants. We parked outside the property and did not have to rely on the car as everything, including the vista from the chapel on the hillside, was within walking distance. When we did have to drive elsewhere, the road from the village was a quick, scenic run to connect with the main A roads.

The stay was nothing short of incredible! From the outset, Georgina was incredibly kind and communicative, giving us detailed insights on what we might need, as well as local suggestions. We were welcomed at the property by Mr Antonis, who was kind, welcoming, and warm. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of local wine as well as a bowl of fresh fruit, testament to the hosts’ generosity and meticulous care for their guests. The property itself was beautiful; picturesque and tradition, but also comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room to lounge and lots of natural light. The highlight of the property was the internal courtyard nestled in traditional brick walls which was the perfect spot to have breakfast and coffee, read books, and have conversations with friends. It is an understatement to say that this was a beautiful stay. We will be back!

There is nothing to dislike from a host who doesnt stop short of delivering excellence. Georgiana ensured everything was expertly communicated from way before our holiday even begun. We had the location, access details, we knew what facilities would be available during our stay, and a long list of recomendations for eating out and sight seeing, which, I have to say did not disappoint in the slightest. We had everything covered thanks to Georgiana, breakfast, lunch and dinner. From picturesque tavernas in Vavatsinia, to local trendy breakfast cafes round the corner, we had the best food venues at our disposal. She even went to the effort of making bookings for us.

Check in was relatively quick, we were met by Antonis who also showed us round and answered any questions we had. The apartment was clean and well equipped, a high chair and cot was provided for our baby. Free and easy parking outside the property and a very quick stroll into town. Aircon in the bedroom which was essential in the heat, and basic toiletries were provided.
