Great place to stay when you travel to Nicosia. I have visited the EUC, which is in walking distance. Lot of shops and restaurants are in walking distances.

The place was nice clean and in a good location. I used it as a place to stay for my exam at the University close by. Check-in instructions were clear. It's good for a short stay in Nicosia

we received a long message a week before arriving regarding the building and apartment, then 8 pages of instructions on how to checkin … fool proof. there is a parking underneath the building. the apartment is nicely furnished with old but working appliances.

“CONVENIENT ACCOMODATION NEAR THE UNIVERSITY OF NICOSSIA”
Big and fully equiped apartment near the University of Niccosia. The host was very kind and helpfull. The neibourhood was very quit, also there was provided free parking in the complex.
