“Great stopover getaway”
Plenty of space. Easy communication with the owner. Very detailed arrival instructions and do's and don'ts. Close to lots of essentials like supermarket, coffee shops and eating places.

“Ac ruined our holiday”
The ac was not clean. It didn’t cool at all and after 2 hours in the ac we started coughing. A few hours later we both had a cold, what ruined the rest of our holiday. We booked wine tasting in advance, but when you have a cold you don’t smell and taste anything and we wanted to do mountain hikes, but we have no air to do this because of the cold.

The house was very cosy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean.We also liked the old style of tiles used in the kitchen. It was very convenient that the fridge had cold water upon our arrival..

The location was fantastic, really close to a costa coffee - only a 5 min walk away. Also quite close to McDonalds and a few stores in the area. Engomi is a pretty nice area to be in. Mini bar was nice

“Nice apartment near the University of Nicosia”
We had a very comfortable stay, the apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple. It was nice to have soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The well-priced “minibar” is also a nice touch. Would book again.

“Value for money accommodation”
The apartment had everything someone needs. Although the building is old, the apartment is quite renovated and you feel comfortable. They offers drinks and snacks in the fridge that you can use and pay them back. They have the price list on the fridge.

A very nice apartment in the residential area. There was plenty of space, a nice equipped kitchen, a balcony and a comfy living room. The bathroom was a bit smaller but we had no problem with it. We received instructions via whatsapp and all worked fine for us.

“A good and relaxing day in Nicosia at a fair pricing”
Very quick and secure self check-in/check-out. The owner of the apartment was available online to answer to my questions. This 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Simple but smart and modern. Recommended for short or longer stays, for 1 or 2 persons. The outside of the building shows it's age (build in 70's) but the apartment is renovated and in perfect condition. The owner put in the fridge few soft drinks and candies that you can consume at a reasonable price. Also few small bottles of water for free. Good gesture! The wifi is fast and stable. The tv is smart, you can watch youtube etc.

“Left us with a bitter taste at the end yet it had a lot of potential”
The first apartment they tried to put us in had a beautifully furnished bedroom with a big bed and a nice table next to it. The kitchen is okay for someone that does not need to cook. The second apartment they put us in was also very nice. The bed was comfortable and big, the balcony was great to look at fireworks, and the living room had a comfortable sofa with a big TV.
