“Amazing place”

Koumneni Villa was superb in every way , we had a warm welcome and fresh local produce given to us. The Villa has absolutely everything you need , we didn't need to buy condiments or household items. The bed was comfortable, as were the sofas. The outdoor space and pool area is set in beautiful gardens without being overlooked, with no traffic noise at all it was a truly peaceful and relaxing holiday

Really liked the setting, the house is surrounded by blooming jasmine, trees and orchards. The pool area is really nice! The host is very friendly and welcoming

Fantastic place and absolutely wonderful hosts!! Thank you Andry and Panos for sweet snacks, olives and delicious home made sweet walnuts 😍 The place is spacious with a wonderful pool and garden, and chickens in a “backyard “ that provided us with eggs every day!

Comfortable, fully equipped villa with a swimming pool of approx. 11x6m surrounded by flowers, in a quiet and peaceful area. Wonderful view from the terrace of the Trodos Mountains, around the orchard and fields. Not far from the beaches in the vicinity of Pegea and Polis, as well as other attractions (Akamas, Blue Lagoon, Paphos, etc.). 10 minutes by car to the town with good restaurants and a shop. To the Trodos Mountains approx. 1.5 hours. Friendly and helpful hosts. Every day fresh eggs from "their own" hens and fruit straight from the tree. A place only for drivers and people who want to rest from the tourist hustle and bustle and get away from everyday life (although the wifi works well). I really recommend it .

We loved the outside garden space and terrace. Every morning was fabulous, waking up in this gorgeous environment. At first, we were slightly overwhelmed as the space was much bigger than we thought. But soon we realized it was perfectly cozy and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at villa Koumneni very much. The house, which was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, is set in a small village in the mountains but close to the sea. We appreciated the peace and quiet, the eggs in the morning, the fruit from the tree, the outdoor space. But above all, we liked the owner's hospitality. They were very welcoming and came several times bearing gifts. We spent a great vacation there and can only warmly recommend the place.

prime location fantastic well equated villa. The owners was amazing and anything we needed we just ask they was very ablidging. The owners also was very welcoming and visited us a few times during our stay.we loved the chickens and freshly laid eggs every morning. we shall be definitely be booking this villa very soon. The owners , Andry and Pano, are so nice, alway ready to help with a big smile. The villa is between paphos and polis, a beautiful place looking like Toscana, plain of nices villages. You will feel free and alone because the villa is far away others habitations. You are in plain Nature!! The pool is great, the interior of the house is well designed by Andry. We were just a couple, but if you have children, this place will be ideal for a family, big boustan, chickens, coqs, fruit trees etc... The villa is 14 mn from polis marina, 17 mnutes from paphos coral bay/beach, 35 mn from the city of paphos, 5 mn from Kathikas village, with excellents restaurants. After one week in the villa, we can say that we have new friends in Cyprus, Andry and Pano, we will come again next summer.
