“A perfect weekend getaway we didn’t want to leave.”

These were truly unforgettable weekend with our friends and children! The villa exceeded all our expectations. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive — always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was spotless and very cozy: the towels were soft, and the bed linen smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed — all utensils, cookware, and even tea, coffee, and spices, which was such a thoughtful touch. The barbecue area is amazing and fully equipped with everything necessary. The fireplace creates a warm and special atmosphere. We completely fell in love with this villa and were truly impressed not only by the house itself but also by its wonderful owners. We will definitely come back again!

Brilliant experience for my family! The villa is amazing. Great location, very silent! And only 10-20 minutes by car to visit the big grocery shops. Huge size, great kitchen, and air conditioners in each room! An additional gas stove is available, along with a drinking water tap. Many cleaning facilities in the kitchen were available. Great parking! Covered park space for two cars. And a car is definitely mandatory. The pool exceeded our expectations! Good size, excellent water circulation, and the cleaner came twice a week to service the pool. Maria was an amazing host! She knew we would arrive late, so she left some food for us! It was a delightful surprise. She was always available for help if needed! It was an amazing experience! If we decide to visit Cyprus, I'll definitely choose the same villa again!

The house ist beautiful and its so silent around perfect for calming down we really enjoyed it. Cant believe the last time I was so relaxed. The Pool is great perfect size, and the kitchen has everything you need and its really clean.

Beautiful Villa in an idyllic location. Beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. Villa itself is spectacular, has everything you need for a week away. Very close to lovely home made local restaurants, if you don't fancy cooking. Host was very helpful, polite and easy to contact. Would recommend the property to everyone!

We liked everything. The location is for those who like privacy and tranquility. Still close to Polis’ beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, cosy villa with a lot of space for two families (we had 6 children and 4 adults), well equipped. The kiddos enjoyed the pool of course. “A comfortable villa in a quiet village, makes whole area easy to access”

We booked the villa based on the comments that said the owners took care of the property and its guests, and I'm happy to report that it's indeed a 10/10 option! The villa is in a quiet location, you can sleep like a baby, with only the birds chirping. There's plenty of space (4 bedrooms on 2 floors), a large kitchen with access to courtyard, and many small things that made our stay pleasant: ice in the freezer, watering the fridge, conveniently placed trash cans on the property, and whatever you need to make fresh juice, brew coffee or cook dinner. It is obvious that the owners take care of the property and this makes you feel at home, like visiting good friends. The communication was easy and fast. Location-wise, it's 30-40 min from Paphos, 20-25 min from Latchi, you are a short drive away from the zoo, or a hike to Blue Lagoon, or going to sea caves. Our kids loved the stay, and I totally, absolutely recommend this house as a great getaway spot!

Everything was perfect! The house is very spacious and it offers everything one can possibly wish for including Eastern decorations. Our host Maria even bought us an electricity adapter when we had forgotten ours at home.
