The personnel was really great, friendly and accomodating. The facilities were ideal: delicious meals (we really enjoyed the breakfast set up!) in a cosy downstairs common hall, room with balcony for privacy, ... perfect for a small family !

Excellent breakfast and nice, cozy quiet room. The stuff was very polite and helpful.

Very nice clean room with a cute small balcony, friendly hosts and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our short stay.

The location is in the forest and the view is superb. We decided to stay here because of its location very close to the 7 Rila lakes hike and chairlift. The staff was very nice and friendly, even though they didn't speak English, we managed to understand each other using Google Translate :). Breakfast was very delicious. The room was a bit small (we hardly managed to accommodate 2 suitcases) but clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There was a good quality service versus a very reasonable price - the villa and the rooms look very well and the location is superb.

“Amazing stay at villa ema”

This family owned hotel is very charming. We decided to stay here because of its location next to the 7 lakes hike. It met our expectations for the conviennent location but also surprised us with an amazing customer service, a rich and tasty breakfast and restaurant for the evening. The price is really low for all the amnesties included ( jacuzzi and spa). There is also plenty of space for parking which is convenient. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience at villa ema and will come back for sure.

Located in the nature, a short car ride away from the lift to the famous 7 lakes hike this hotel is a very convenient base for visiting the Rila mountains featuring friendly staff who supported our request for early breakfast so that we could start our hike before it got hot.
