This first floor apartment, overlooking the piazza on one side and the lake on the other, is beautifully situated. It is very spacious, spotless clean and has everything one requires for a comfortable stay. We spent a lot of time in the large farm style kitchen, which leads onto a little outside patio. I stayed for 3 + weeks with a friend. We only used two of the three bedrooms, which were comfortable. The village is lovely and has great restaurants, a good little superette, cafes and heaps of ambiance. Elisa was amazing and attended to minor maintenance issues and requests for information extremely quickly. She could not have done more for us. She even booked me a pedicure. 😀 There was a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift, and overall, it was a most enjoyable stay.

Fabulous location in beautiful Panicale. Elisa was so helpful and very kind. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and the terrace was a bonus. Highly recommended.
