Very spacious character property which has been very well converted. There are 2 large bedrooms and 2 high-end shower rooms. Very well equipped kitchen and living areas, with comfortable seating inside and externally. Lovely location, great view of Panicale and Lago Trasimeno, and set within large olive grove, and is quiet and relaxing. The hosts were attentive and the whole family made us extremely welcome. The property is very dog friendly. Highly recommended, super property.

This is probably the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in. A beautiful interior combining modernity with a rustic atmosphere. The apartment is very spacious, and also very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped, there is a large TV with a comfortable sofa. Very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Amazingly chosen details and decorations create a great atmosphere. The owners live in the same building, but despite this, guests have a sense of complete privacy. Fillippo is very nice and also very helpful whenever any questions arise. Outside, there is a table and chairs from which you can admire the beautiful view of the lake and olive trees (and I think you can also have a barbecue there!). It's a 5-minute drive to the town (centre) of Panicale. If I ever have the chance to return to Umbria, I will definitely stay at Casolare Marconi again. THANK YOU!

Ideally located in one of the most charming areas of Umbria, just moments from the picturesque village of Panicale, known for its excellent restaurants and breathtaking scenery. Surrounded by greenery, the setting is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the landscape.

The property was spectacular! Everything you could possibily imagine you needed was supplied and the accommodation was extremely clean, and very well appointed, there was even a Christmas tree and beautiful Christmas decorations and lights! The underfloor heating was on so the apartment was warm on our arrival. The linen and towels were all freshly laundered and very comfortable annd fresh smelling. Filippo, the host met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know, he was really polite and helpful and spoke excellent English!

Excellent location for touring historic villages in Lake Trasimeno area. It was the ground floor of a large country house. The accommodation was beautifully furnished and decorated to a high standard and very comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable living area, spacious. Two outdoor seating areas, one overlooking the olive grove and with lovely views over the countryside.Hosts were friendly and generous with information but not intrusive. Located on a beautiful property that was well maintained.

Amazing apartment! Spotless clean and done with a lot of love and taste. It is typical Italian country style what I really loved! The owners are just great! Super nice and helpful. We were with a baby there and we had super confortable stay. You have everything you need and we felt like home. We even change our plans so we can stay 3 days more.

“Idyllic Umbrian experience amongst olive groves”

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful quiet remote location. Ideal if you’re driving, which we were. Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, and the host was welcoming and helpful above and beyond.

The kitchen was very well equipped. There was a huge screen, no problem to have home cinema at the apartment :). The apartment was a little hill surrounded by olive trees. No noise from the outside. The people renting the place live above and are very friendly and helpful. The old town of Panicale is charming. We had coffee on the piazza many times because we liked the place so much.

I would like to thank the whole family who hosted us! They are very nice people 😊 We liked the farm house apartment a lot as it's surrounded by olive trees garden and is located in calm and peaceful area. The views are breathtaking. The apartment is made, designed and decorated with the sense of style right down to the smallest detail. Umbria region has lots to offer plus you can visit Tuscany as the house is located not far away from Montepulciano, Val d'orca, Chianti hills etc. Thank you again for our great vacation!

“Perfect holiday location in Umbria”

It was a great stay at Casolare Marconi! Apartment was really spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The surrounding looked just like in the movies (olive trees and oleanders, view for historical Umbrian towns located on the hills). Owners were super nice and helpful. I recommend stay at Casolare Marconi for both families and group of friends.

Everything! This was the best stay in Tuscany. The owners were super nice, they recommended great place where to eat, the house was gorgeous, super clean, super cozy, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We felt really like in the movie about Tuscany, surrounded by olive trees. Beds were really comfy, bathrooms stylish and clean. Thank you very much, we will definitelly come back, but for more than 2 nights.
