Friendly staff, great location just a couple blocks off the main drag so not too noisy while easy to get anywhere, clean, comfy, nice spread for breakfast.!

A great hotel, the staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to restaurants and the parking was by the hotel. When it got cold they fire was lit and we enjoyed a comfortable couple of hours reading by it. I would stay again.

“Cozy hotel with a great location.”
This hotel is a gem in Panguipulli. Their rooms are cozy and well equipped, with some even having a small private yard. The staff is very very friendly and super accommodating. The hotel is close enough to the centre of the city, but not so much that you run into people all the time, and if you are travelling by car you are right next to the highway that takes you to the lakes. The staff allowed us to check in much earlier and even gave us breakfast upon arrival! The lounge is very comfortable and they play good music!

“We loved Panguipulli, and the hotel was a lovely and comfortable base from which to explore.”
Very helpful staff, who were happy to bring tea to the room, and helped us with finding parking. Lovely room, and pleasant bar.
