⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After reading some mixed reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience at TANA Mysterious Garden Resort. The photos accurately represent the property, and in person the tropical gardens are even more charming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we found the resort to be clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly, hardworking, and always greeted us with a smile. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded quickly and did their best to help. This resort is ideal for travelers who appreciate a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Like many places in Panglao, transportation is recommended for exploring the island, but that is part of the Bohol experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and felt that the resort offered excellent value for money. We would happily return in the future.

We loved our stay! The rooms were very spacious and clean, well decorated (colorful but stylish). The pool area was lovely too! Everyone in the staff were very helpful and kind. If you want to explore the busier spots of the island, you need transportation; however beach, grocery store, ATM, and scooter rent are right next to the hotel.

I loved absolutely everything. It is a small residence with just 8 rooms so quite intimist and peaceful at the same time. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool is very nice and the garden luxurious and extremely well maintained. Close to the beach (but follow their home-made « Google map » rather than the real app!). The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book again if I come back to Bohol.

The property was close to the busy bits of Panglao but far away enough to be quiet which is what we were looking for. It had a good family feel and the kids loved the outside space and pool.

Really a beautiful garden! The photos skew the scale a bit, so the pool is smaller than expected, but the place is a little jewel off the main road. Breakfast is simple but nicely prepared; there is no restaurant, but this encourages exploration, and there are some nice places between here and Alona. Tana itself is very well maintained, from the garden to the lovely, spacious rooms, and is a delightful place just to relax and unwind. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The room was outstanding, huge and very tastefully furnished with large comfortable bed wall to ceiling windows on one side and balcony. The TV was huge, the AC very effective, bathroom & shower very good and stylish. The pool was great and gardens were beautiful. The location was good, within easy walking distance of beautiful beach (though at the less well maintained end of the beach)

Cleanest place I've stayed in the Philippines. The staff do a great job in making sure everything is kept clean.

Very cute clean and large rooms. Room views are good. Location is great since we had a scooter. Be careful that grab is not available in the region so you have to pay 3 times more than grab to hire a taxi to the airport.

The very spacious room. The presence of a kitchen. Nice swimming pool and adjacent relaxing area. It is not right on the beach, but it is only a few minutes away using a Grab (just download the app). When it comes to swimming, White Beach is the best. No sea urchins (they are present in Alona beach). The right place to find wine is the Bodega Superior Bohol. They even have Champagne, including the Deutz, at a reasonable price. Also I could work. The table and the chair are perfect for using a computer. The Internet is not very fast but stable. Excellent fridge inside.

“Perfect relaxing place to stay”

Absolute gem! The staff took great care of us! The place is quiet, green, rooms are fully equipped, clean, breakfast is nice and can be delivered to your room. Place offers taxi, laundry services, bike rental - basically everything. And the location is great - 15min Walk to the beach, restaurants close nearby. Would visit again :)
