The hotel is very nice, the facilities, the pool, and the location are great. Most of all the service is top to top. Everyday cleaning and the girls at the reception truly helped us at everything, even when we ourselves did a booking mistake. And the bed was amazingly comfortable

“Great place to stay”
Fantastic staff from front desk to house keeping, changed my room to a ground floor room because I have a knee problem, great main swimming pool, also a second pool,most important comfortable bed and great shower easy walk to alona beach, will definitely stay there on my next trip

The staff was very professional, friendly and responsive to the significant problems in our rooms The pool (about 3³½ meter deep) and grounds were nice. Given 1 day free breakfast after asking for it after numerous problems with room. The breakfast was good.
