“Positive stay with really helpful and friendly staff”

Staff were amazing - especially Anne who was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. My kids liked the table tennis and pool table. Loved the free transportation around the place - super convenient and easy to arrange with the helpful staff.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded all our expectations. The staff’s attention and level of service were far better than what we have experienced in many five-star hotels, making us feel genuinely cared for in a very natural and warm way. We were truly surprised by how much effort they put into our comfort, helping us with every question and even providing services that were not included, going well beyond what we expected. Examples: when our child started climbing and playing, a staff member immediately came to look after and help him; they brought an electricity adapter to our room without us even asking after noticing we used different sockets; and they provided free motorbikes anytime for all family members, etc.

I really appreciated the resort's transportation service, they picked us up from other hotel for free, which I greatly appreciated. The free motorbikes were fantastic, we used them for four days, and they took us anywhere on Panglao Island. They also made sure the gas tanks were full each time we use it. Breakfast was a buffet and tasted good. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help us.

30 second check in time, being a small size resort they can offer superior service, and they pick you up from the ferry/airport and drop you off to your next destination free of charge. Great value for money, Snorkelling tour was excellent and they provide all equipment you need

The staff were lovely, really helpful with everything - especially Ann & Mo. It's a bit out of the way and not right on the beach so the resort offers free scooters, free shuttle to & from Alona Beach and free snorkelling gear. They helped us with everything we needed - from organising dives, hiring a car and booking onward travel. 10 out of 10🫶

Hotel gives free shuttle service from the airport + free scooter to roam the area. Breakfast is a buffet which is exceptionally good. Restaurant is brilll. Far from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach. Owner and staff were very kind and answered all our needs.

Staff are as good as all the reviews. ANN is an angel. Got lots of info from her - most impressive was that the employees LIKE working there, are well-treated, given freedom to work - and it shows. Every single employee - reception (ANN), housekeeping, drivers, restaurant - all were just wonderful. Clean as a whistle. Comfy bed. Great shower, loads of hot water. Pool, pool table, ping pong, darts. Breakfast was good. Variety of stuff and they added fruit variety after we suggested more than one fruit per day. Smoothies were great. Service, James et al, excellent. Had lunch and dinner here, too sometimes. All went the extra mile. We stayed for 1 week so we gave them many chances! Free shuttles, scooters, arranged boat, did everything for us.

The employees are very friendly & are always willing to help. Since it is farther away from Alona beach it is a much quieter location. The rooms are adequate for a good night sleep. The breakfest is adequate for the morning, never tried the lunch or dinner menu. We had a rental car but the resort has motorcycles/scooters you can rent. Distance to airport is about 10 mins.

“Shuttle is handy, friendly staff”

The resort provides free shuttle, pick ups, drop offs which are very handy. We also booked private car tour with them which was reasonably priced. They respond almost immediately to the WhatsApp messages. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help guests.

Great resort, brilliant helpful staff, the whole stay was wonderful. We felt taken care of. The resort has great chefs, we ate at the restaurant every day, it was delicious. The hotel provides a scooter, it's very useful. The facility is super located, very close to Momo beach. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, the room is clean, drinking water is available free of charge. Mario resort was the first stop on our honeymoon and we really couldn't have found a better place. Thank you very much for everything.

The Breakfast was good the location a little remote which was great, they provide transportation, airport service and have motorcycles for use to get around. the Staff is Excellent and Sis Ann made sure all arrangements were perfect. The pool is great. I can't say enough about my stay.

They upgraded our rooms for free. They have breakfast buffet and karaoke room. The beach is in walking distance outside the resort but you ride their motorbike for free. Free use of snorkeling device and free shuttle from and to your destination. The staffs are very acommodating and kind.
