Let me just say that if I hadn't to complained about the room in the back corner I would have found myself in the midst of a construction site and even sparks flying from the welding going on on the new floor being constructed right above us. Fortunately I'm one to say something and I asked to be moved as soon as I saw the location and we were brought down to the front of the building but we didn't avoid the sawing the banging and all the madness of a construction site without being giving any warning When I arrived the person sitting there at the reception insisted that I had booked three rooms and in fact it was one room with an extra room for one night for the driver that brought us to the hotel and there was no way I was going to convince her that was anything but that so I left it up to her to solve the problem in 4 days and she never got back to me and kept deferring to my Filipino girlfriend until I finally had to bark at her and say that the booking is in my name and I'm paying for it and I know you speak English so save me the three-way translation and speak to me directly The next person that showed up at the reception for her shift was more pleasant but equally as the first incapable of explaining the three room situation explaining the construction site and not really bothered that even after 3 days there was no solution or reference to the mistake that was made and rather than waste my vacation playing games we just went to the beach The final straw was when a van pulled up on the beach full of guys and sandbags at 10:00 p.m.

“Perfect stay near airport ❤️”
Clean and updated facilities, and nice staff. A free shuttle bus was even arranged when we checked out. Also breakfast was included and very delicious!

“The whole stay was wonderful.”
The room is spacious, well-lit and clean. All the necessities are available except for iron which I think the property must have in each room. There’s a cloth rack which is very useful specially if you wanna dry clothes and could be placed in the balcony. Location is fine, there are nearby “sari-sari store” and restos. Money exchange was quite far however, id like to commend the sari-sari store few steps from the place as it helped me with the Gcash cashing out although they dont usually have that service (with a charge of 10Php / 1k) which i think is best. 7-eleven is 15mins walk away from the property and ATM is available there (local and intl withdrawal). Property has a huge pool, 2-5ft. It also has foosball and a pool. Breakfast only has 1 menu but it is still a great deal. Motorcycles are up for only 350 a day. Action 360 camera is also available for a day rent. Summing up, staying here was a bliss specially if you just wanna relax and take a break from the norms.

Very reasonably priced and spacious accommodation, but Located further out from Alona beach. It wasn’t made clear on check in how to request for a room clean.
