“Excellent stay in the heart of Alona Beach”
An excellent stay, the hotel is ideally located on the beachfront, there is an entrance from the road and from the beach which is handy. The hotel kindly allowed me to check in early and check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was a large size with a balcony and pool view and had all the necessary amenities including bottled water. Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. Breakfast had a nice range of options and was very tasty, the menu options were changed on different days of my stay so there was a nice variety. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I stayed here a few years ago and I'm glad that I was able to return.

Everything! The staff were so attentive and very friendly. Couldn’t rate them higher. The breakfast buffet was huge. Pool tables were great. Just an amazing place and we will be back. Pool bar cocktails were fantastic.

“Great hotel for family holiday”
Staying at Ivywall was the highlight of our trip. We upgraded to the superior rooms with direct access to the pool, which was an excellent decision because most of the time we were at the hotel we were in the pool. Having the swim-up bar was a bonus (great pineapple shakes and happy hour cocktails!). The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The breakfast selection was exceptional and all the food we ordered via room service or the restaurant was very good. The hotel is a great location, right on the beach and close to all the other bars and restaurants. It’s so well maintained and we loved having a pool table as well. We would absolutely stay there again.

The staff here are all amazing, and communication with them was excellent. We requested a slice of cake for my mother’s 75th birthday, and not only was it complimentary, but about six staff members also came out to sing 'Happy Birthday' as they delivered it. They made her stay at the resort truly happy and memorable! Thank you to the Incredible team of Best Western Plus The Ivywall Resort-Panglao for making my mother and sister's holiday getaway truly worthwhile. The breakfast were really good with variety of choices.. The room has a good view too.

The room was clean. Facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Massage was wonderful. The food was delicious. Family commented on how good the Kare2x was as well as the monte cristo sandwich. Food was big portions too. Location was good right in front of the beach which was good for swimming. And really good views. Close to other restaurants and convenience stores if you wanted options. Good entertainment with wonderful singers and a hip band.
