“Quiet location, nice to have a private pool!”

Location, but this is a personal preference, I like being away from the noise and crowds in Alona Beach

The Villa was closed to the Supermarket and whit in 10min in Alona. By Motorcycle and 45min from Bohol.

The fact that you have your own pool is already a big bonus! 🥰

“Best villa in panglao”

- the outside bed is what you need in life - friendly and helpful staff - the pool was cleaned regularly - nice garden and terrace - big room - floating breakfast available - not the best wifi but works better than other places in panglao - supermarket very close, coconut very close, cafe very close - stayed here 2 weeks and it was amazing - free shuttle to the beach ( we didn’t use it but it is available)

“Amazing Bali-style villa with free and convenient shuttle to most tourist spots”

If you're checking the reviews of this property to decide whether it's worth booking, you will most likely be taken aback by a couple reviews complaining about everything: staff politeness, closeness to the beach, insects, room service.. Let me tell you: those people should either stay home, or simply pay twice as much and go elsewhere. If you want a 5 star treatment for the price of a 2 star hotel in your home country, you'll soon realize that the universe doesn't revolve around you, and you might be upset at that.. but that's on you. I arrived at the port, which is a 30 min drive from the villa. After having issues finding taxis at other airports in the PH, I decided to just book the transfer offered by the villa. It is a slightly pricier option than Grab, but it was worth it cause I didn't have to wait a second after arriving, and my driver was incredibly fun and knowledgeable about the island, gave me great recommendations and was a pleasure to interact with. The property is beautiful, the staff was welcoming, they explained the rules of the villa (like all accommodations do when you check in, again, crazy that some people are complaining about this) and let me know the timetable for the free shuttle to go to Alona Beach. It is a 10 minute drive. 10. If that's too far for you, again, please get a grip. An air conditioned van driving 10 min down the road to bring you to the beach is the best you can ask for. When I was done at the beach, I'd simply message them and get an ice cream while waiting a few minutes for them to arrive. Not a big deal unless you aren't able to sit down and wait for 10 minutes. While at the villa, I spent most of my time in the outside area, switching from swimming pool to the outdoors furniture. I saw a couple of ants and insects during this time. Can you guess why? Cause it's...THE OUTSIDE AREA. Hate insects? Go to a hotel.

We visited the Philippines for a month, and this was by far the very best accommodation, without question! The indoor space is excellent, a huge bedroom with a ginormous, comfortable bed, a dressing room, and a large bathroom. There were plenty of towels for the bathroom and the pool I will point out that we couldn't get hot water in the shower on two occasions. A plumber was very quickly tasked, and the problem seemed to be resolved. When the issue resurfaced, though, the entire shower unit was replaced immediately, Fantastic! Having our own little pool was such a treat. Our outdoor dining table and the circular sofa enhanced the space further, and the fridge was great for keeping our drinks chilled. There was a complimentary shuttle service into the centre or a nearby beach, and though there was a timetable, whenever we needed transport, the drivers were on hand to take us! Did I mention a generous complimentary breakfast? We weren't expecting this at all - a bonus, indeed! The staff were charming, polite, and helpful, always. The young lady who was the MAIN person on reception was exceptional!

Having stayed at both Bali Villas and Montecarlo, both are similar, but Bali is a bit cosier. Beds are incredible, pool was clean, and outdoor area was great. There is a small kitchen area and a super market nearby too for a few snacks. And free shuttle to Alona beach is perfect

Lovely staff and quiet location

The villa itself was very good. The private pool was really nice and a decent size. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful.

“Not good”

The shower smelled so rusty because the shower head was full of rust. When I asked the receptionist about it she answered me sarcastically which made me feel uncomfortable. I put the sign to make up the room, but no one came and they did not supply enough toiletries for our two-day stays. They overcharge for the visitors. The receptionist is not accommodating and has no good customer service.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The free shuttle van was very useful. Property was beautiful and looks like the photos, and it was great to have a private pool.

Swim pool, it’s very clean . Air conditioner is powerful, there is a lot of chairs ,free car to Alina beach, and it’s same as the photos on the booking

Lovely pool, bedroom and Bathroom facilities were good. You can do some light cooking which was handy for the kids. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Shuttle service to the beaches. And a supermarket down the road which was really convenient. We loved our stay and highly recommend
