“Pleasant hotel in a good location”

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious and was well decorated. The bathroom was stunning and the shower was hot and had good pressure. We liked the location - close to restaurants etc and 15 min walk to Alona beach. The pool and outdoor area are really nice to chill in. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped us to organise a countryside tour which we would recommend. There are also 3 really cute dogs who live there!! The breakfast is good, lots of choice. The bar is well stocked and we particularly enjoyed the beer on tap! We would visit again and would recommend to our friends / family if they were visiting Bohol.

The whole facility was friendly, the staff made you welcome, breakfast meals that we had were yummy. Not trouble at all for the staff if you needed anything. It was approx.5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants.

“Fabulous”

Beautiful small oasis. Ten rooms that have been designed to a very high standard. Large spacious rooms with attention paid to small detail. This "resort" is owned by a lovely German and Philippino couple. He is a trained chef and that shone through in the food.

Clean, smart, quiet aircon that really worked, friendly owners, helpful. Beautifully appointed hotel. I love dogs so that was great. Helpful owners with tours and getting a trike when you need.

“Relaxing stay with amazing staff!”

Really friendly and helpful staff. The room / general area was very clean and beds were super comfy. I liked the location as it was slightly away from the business of Alona Beach but everything was walking distance. Quiet at night with AC. Breakfast was also great and they accommodated our earlier starts. Would definitely recommend ☺️

“Exceĺlent relaxing place to stay”

The whole experience was excellent from arriving to departing. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and the cleaniness of the rooms were first class. It is tucked away off the main road but the beach is within a 10 min walk and you dont hear any of the noise from the main road.

“The best hotel I've ever stayed at (well travelled person)”

Now, I've been waiting to write a review for this hotel, because I consider myself pretty well travelled.....have stayed in so many hotels around Asia, but THIS ONE is the best I think I've ever stayed in. It's like a little self contained oasis away from the main road, but still close enough to alona beach. The grounds are very well kept and just so tranquil and relaxing. I have seen negative reviews about this hotel because of: A) the road leading up to it. Dirt road? ABSOLUTELY NOT 😂. It's paved for a start, so don't see any issues with walking up a short paved road to get to the hotel B) The dogs inside the complex (Wendy 🫵). Me and my partner booked this hotel BECAUSE of the dogs......and we are so glad we did. It was like living in a little dog cafe 😂. The dogs are normally.aleepong behind the bar, but if you want to go.see them you know where to find them. It's not like they are running rampant or anything ha.Tequila, Whisky and Sunny are just ace. The rooms are very well put together. You can just tell looking around that the owners haven't skimped on anything. The quality of everything is very good and just had the feel of a premium hotel. Bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Internet very fast. Shower hot with good water pressure. Complimentary water is provided and you can ask the bar to fill the bottles up if you need. Nice tea selection. (English breakfast tea not the Lipton abominations ha) NOW.....the breakfast was the best breakfast I've had at a hotel bar none. The owner is German and this influence is seen in the menu choices. We loved the choice of cooked meats, and the waffles were just delicious. I would literally have this every day if I stayed there for longer. The staff members were very polite and helpful to any requests. Everything was just amazing to be honest.

Although it is close to Alona Beach center, the accommodation was very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing. The location was also excellent, so it was very convenient to go to supermarkets, massage shops, and restaurants. The room condition was good, and the air conditioner was not positioned directly above the bed, so there was no risk of catching a cold. In addition, breakfast could be chosen from five different styles, which gave a good variety of options. The swimming pool is small but a nice size to relax and enjoy some time in the water. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect piece of paradise”

A little piece of paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Staff were so friendly, attentive, was lovely speaking to them every day. Had a really nice vibe, chilled and pool was perfect to relax by. Ate at the restaurant one evening and steak was cooked to perfection! Cannot fault this place

Very good location it is down a side street but so quiet and peaceful. Great for tours, beaches and waterfalls. Super clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing Breakfast and dinners well worth having chief is very good.

“Excellent, highly recommend”

From check in to departure everything exceeded our expectations in this boutique resort a short walk from Alona Beach. A warm welcome awaited us and despite our late arrival the kitchen managed to rustle up an excellent meal. The facilities are excellent, the rooms, the pool and gardens are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The onsite restaurant has an extensive menu of local and western food of the highest quality from the excellent breakfast to the delicious evening meals. Stefan & Mary Ann run a top class facility, an oasis of calm in bustling Panglao Island Bohol. A special mention goes to Tequila, Whiskey and Sunny the family dogs who made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

“Good but slightly overrated”

Great location, Room was huge with plenty of storage and a safe, fridge in the room with cheap drinks, bathroom was nice, good water pressure, outdoor areas were great, nice pool with a jacuzzi, bar and breakfast area were good.
