“Magnificent cottage”

Beautiful place with great hospitality from owner. The room is clean , the cottage have a good space and the place is so quiet ! Only birds and other animals in the night. Breakfast is very good as well. One of my favourite stay during my 2 months in northern Thaïland .

Cute litte bungalows, set in a quiet location. Simple and functional. The whole property is well maintained and has beautiful flowers. Breakfast in the morning was delivered to our terrace. The location close to the lake is perfect for exploration during the day and stargazing at night.

Walkable distance to Pang ung lake Room was clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful

Very good choice for your stay in Pang Ung, very clean room and nice people! It was quite cold at night (around 10 degrees C) so bring something warm!

“Feels like Heaven!!!”

I loved this hotel owned by a family with two little lovely kids, so it is a family atmosphere when you stay there. One of the family members took me to Ban Rak Thai on his motorbike as I was alone and I cannot drive, it was a kind and lovely gesture. Every one was very attentive. I got some of the beat sleep there listening to the sounds of nature and waking up with the first rays of sun felt like being in heaven. You feel a lovely smell of flowers constantly, lots of birds, little ponds with fish. I will miss this place a lot

Beautiful location, short walk to the lake. We drove there by car and had parking, and good restaurants nearby.

“Enjoyable but cold at night”

Stayed here a night to visit Ban Rak Thai and Pang Oung lake. Homestay has limited rooms about 11 in total. Very beautifully decorated homestay with natural trees and flowers throughout the place Room is cosy although small. Gets really cold at night during january. There is no fan and aircon in the room as it is cold at night. Good toilet and nice long dressing table, also provided water and hairdryer. Staff is friendly as they showed us to the room and passes us the wifi available. Location. Short walk to the lake and mutiple eateries though most closed by 8pm or 9pm in the evening. There is also a small bar just 2 mins walk away. Closes at 9pm.

“A beautifully maintained little bit of paradise”

This is the best place to stay in the area, , it’s such a sweet little bit of garden paradise with so many beautiful plants, fish ponds , cosy clean bungalows and a lovely kind family who run the place.
