“Good hotel , very big rooms.”
Very Good Location, clean, hotel renewed. Breakfast is good. It is inside/close a shopping center with few shops and supermarket.

“A place you could stay for an extended period”
There was an issue with the room we booked the day we arrived, The Hotel arranged a similar hotel and arranged the transport to and from the other hotel . The room is more like a large fully equipped condo , even including a dishwasher. Staff is very helpful for any question or request you may have in Panama city. Swimming pool is open long hours and the hotel is situated in a building which has super market , a department store and a French Croissant place.

I had asked you guys to amend the reservation to 6 nites from 7 i think 2-3 days after i did the booking back in May. You said you woudl contact hotel and the hotel said it was fine in a phone call at some point but they had no idea of it at reception so i had to pay for the whole 7 nites when checked out as per original reservation. The girl at front desk had no record of it being amended and she said i could call but i dont have time now. Didn’t like that. Better I guess in future to book direct with the hotel vs Booking.com to avoid that kind of hassle.
